The horns in this context represent evil authorities that scatter and frustrate the efforts of the children of God, reducing their lives to shame. However, God promises mercy and deliverance by rebuilding what the evil horns destroyed and also prosper the lives of his children (excerpts)

Woke up to this today on Kwacha Goodmorning, ZNBC.

Both prayer and work are important. They are both holy. Work was there before the fall. In principle, God blesses every hard worker, whether christian or non- christian.We just have to know how to strike a balance between the two. Prayer is in the equation of revelation, insight and ideas. As we pray, we seek God's help on how we should live. He gives us ideas, insights, wisdom and grace that needs to be translated into success and prosperity. What matters is what we do after we have prayed. Wealth does not fall from heaven. Wealth is here on earth and it has to be created through engaging our hands. It is the works of our hands that God will bless. Prayer just creates a condusive environment (grace) for us to thrive as we work.
