Prayer for Financial Control

Heavenly Father,
I come before You today asking for wisdom and discipline over my finances. You are the owner of all things, and I am a steward of what You have placed in my hands.

Lord, help me to be faithful with little and responsible with much. Give me self-control to spend wisely, courage to say no to impulse, and clarity to tell the difference between needs and wants.

Where there has been waste, teach me stewardship.
Where there has been fear, give me peace.
Where there has been debt, show me a path to freedom.

Your Word says, “The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty.” – Proverbs 21:5
So I ask for a diligent heart, a disciplined mind, and a content spirit.

Bless the work of my hands. Open doors for provision, and close doors that lead to loss. Help me to honor You with my tithe, to give generously, and to manage the rest with integrity.

I surrender my budget, my bills, my income, and my future to You. Take control where I have lost control.

Thank You that You are Jehovah Jireh, my Provider. I trust You to supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory.
