# YOU CAN WALK OUT OF TROUBLE NOW

The Word of God has given us provision for a glorious life, a victorious life, a life of dominion. Several times, many of us have come to know and master all the many scriptures that talk about our dominion in Christ Jesus. If I ask you to quote some of them, you can quote even up to ten of them. But not many of us are living in that dominion, that authority, and that provision.

There is a principle I'd like to introduce you to right now that will help you live the life that God has called you toβ€”the life of dominion and the life of victory. It's called simply walking out of trouble.

Somebody may ask, "Pastor, is it really that simple that you can just walk out?" Let me show you from the Book of 2 Timothy chapter 2.

The Bible says:

*"But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour."*

That means in the same house you can find very precious vessels, and at the same time a trash bin. All these are useful in the house. Some are unto honour, and some unto dishonour.

Then he says:

*"If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work."*

In other words, if you clean yourself from those things, you shall become a vessel unto honour. It is your responsibility to be relevant in the house of God.

Then in verse 22 he says:

*"Flee also youthful lusts; but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart."*

This is very instructive. He didn't say pray against youthful lusts. He didn't say quote scriptures against youthful lusts. He said flee. Run for your life.

Then in verse 23 he says:

*"But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes."*

In other words, avoid foolish questions that add no value to your spiritual growth.

But our focus is on what follows.

The Bible says:

*"And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient; in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth."*

Notice that phrase: *those that oppose themselves.*

Many people are not fighting the devil as much as they are fighting themselves.

The pastor calls for prayer; they refuse to attend.

The church organizes fasting; they decide not to participate.

A meeting is called where words that can transform their lives will be shared; they choose not to join.

They have the ability. They have the opportunity. Yet they oppose themselves.

Then when things begin to go wrong, they wonder why their lives are not progressing.

The Bible calls such people those who oppose themselves.

That is why the servant of the Lord is instructed to patiently teach and correct them, so that God may grant them repentance and bring them to the acknowledging of the truth.

Then comes one of the most remarkable statements in the chapter:

*"And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will."* (2 Timothy 2:26)

The expression "recover themselves" carries the idea of escaping, coming out, or walking out.

That means through the knowledge of God's truth, a person can walk out of Satan's trap.

The devil may have held them captive. He may have attacked their finances, their health, their family, or their progress. But the Word of God says they can recover themselves. They can walk out.

The truth that is preached in the house of God is designed to bring you to that place of freedom.

The CJB translation puts it this way:

*"For God may perhaps grant them an opportunity to turn away from their sins, acquire full knowledge of the truth, come to their senses, and escape the trap of the Adversary, after having been captured alive by him to do his will."*

Notice those words:

*"Come to their senses and escape the trap of the Adversary."*

You can walk out.

The question then becomes: How do I walk out of trouble?

The Bible says in Genesis that the Word of God came walking in the cool of the day.

Do words have legs?

No.

So what was God doing?

He was speaking.

Use your mouth to walk out of trouble.

Say:

"I walk out of poverty."

"I walk out of sickness."

"I walk out of disadvantage."

"I walk out of debt."

"I walk out of bad habits."

Whatever you desire to change in your life, begin to declare:

"I walk out of it."

Use your words to walk out.

Walk out of trouble today.

# You Don’t Do God a Favor by Going to Church β€” Church Is Your Advantage

Many Christians and churchgoers unconsciously approach church attendance with the wrong mindset. Some believers act as though attending church is a favor they are doing for the pastor, for the members, or even for God Himself. That is why for many people, missing church becomes a casual decision. One day they simply wake up and say, β€œToday I won’t go to church.” Often, there is not even a serious reason behind it. Some say they were tired, others say they did not feel like going, some blame transport problems, and others mention delays with children or other activities.

But the truth is this: going to church is not doing God a favor. Church is your advantage.

God does not become greater because you attended service, neither does He become weaker because you stayed home. God remains God regardless of what man chooses to do. The Bible declares in Malachi 3:6:

> β€œFor I am the Lord, I change not...” β€” Malachi 3:6

God is constant. He is not improved by your attendance, and He is not diminished by your absence. The book of Hebrews further confirms this truth:

> β€œJesus Christ is the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” β€” Hebrews 13:8

Whether you went to church or not, Jesus remains the same yesterday, today, and forever. So then, why is church important?

Church exists for your growth, your development, your transformation, and your destiny fulfillment.

God has a blueprint for your life. He never intended for you to wander through life without guidance. The Bible says in Ephesians 2:10 (Amplified Classic Edition):

> β€œFor we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].”

What a powerful scripture! God has already prepared a good life for you. He has already designed paths for you to walk in. He has already arranged a life of purpose, victory, increase, and supernatural living. But how do you discover that blueprint? How do you grow into that prepared life?

One major way is through consistent fellowship in church.

God knew there would be resistance against your spiritual growth. He knew Satan would fight your understanding of the Gospel. That is why He placed spiritual leadership and the church family in your life. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 4:3–4:

> β€œBut if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
> In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

Satan’s strategy is to blind minds and keep people away from spiritual understanding. One of the greatest ways he does this is by making believers casual about church attendance. He convinces people that church is optional, unnecessary, or something they can attend only when convenient.

But you cannot grow properly outside the atmosphere God designed for your development.

The church is not merely a building. It is a spiritual family. It is a training ground. It is a place of impartation, correction, encouragement, revelation, and transformation. It is where your faith is strengthened and where your spiritual eyes are opened through the teaching of God’s Word.

When you consistently attend church, your Christian walk matures. Your understanding increases. Your discernment becomes sharper. Your prayer life grows stronger. Your faith becomes stable. You begin to see Bible results β€” the miraculous, the supernatural, divine direction, answered prayers, and visible growth in your life.

No wonder David declared:

> β€œI was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.” β€” Psalm 122:1

David understood that the house of God was not a burden; it was an advantage.

Even Jesus Himself prioritized fellowship. The Bible says:

> β€œAnd he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day...” β€” Luke 4:16

Church attendance was part of Jesus’ custom. If the Son of God valued gathering in the house of God, how much more should we?

After Jesus ascended, the disciples continued steadfastly in fellowship. The apostles met in homes, in the temple, and gathered daily to grow in doctrine and prayer. The early church understood something many believers today have forgotten: consistent fellowship produces spiritual strength.

You are not doing God a favor by going to church.

You are doing yourself a favor.

Every service you attend is an opportunity for growth. Every message is an opportunity for direction. Every instruction from God’s Word is an opportunity for transformation. Every gathering strengthens your spiritual life and aligns you more closely with God’s purpose for your life.

So be part of church this Sunday. Respond to the messages being sent in your church groups. Participate actively in the things of God, not out of obligation, but because your spiritual development depends on it.

Church is not your burden.

Church is your advantage.

IT’S ALL ABOUT YOUR DESTINY

Every one of us is going somewhere in life.

There’s a dream in your heart.
A future you imagine.
A purpose you were born to fulfill.
A destiny that Heaven already prepared for you before you ever arrived on this earth.

But here is the question…

What if you are building hard… but building the wrong thing?

The Bible says:

β€œExcept the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it…”— Psalm 127:1

Many people are working tirelessly every day, yet still feel stuck, confused, delayed, or empty inside. Not because they are lazy… but because destiny cannot be fulfilled outside God’s blueprint.

Until the Lord shows you HOW to build, you may spend years building something He never designed for you.

God did not create you to fail.

He did not design you for struggle, confusion, limitation, disappointment, or destruction.

Think about this…

If nations can create destructive weapons with such precision β€” missiles programmed to hit exact locations, calculate impact zones, determine levels of destruction, and accurately reach their targets β€” then imagine the precision with which God designed YOU.

You are not an accident.

You were created with divine accuracy.
Every gift in you has purpose.
Every step of your journey matters.
And Heaven already prepared a path for your success.

But throughout history, God has always used men and women to guide His people into destiny.

From Genesis to Revelation, He sent prophets, kings, judges, apostles, pastors, evangelists, teachers, and elders to show His people the way to go.

And in these last days, God is still speaking.

That is why you cannot afford to miss this life-changing gathering.
