CHINGOLA CLERGY COUNSELLED AND PRAYED FOR PARLIAMENTARY AND MAYORAL CANDIDATES

Chingola Ministers fellowship in conjunction with Evangelical fellowship of Zambia committee yesterday 18th June, 2026 hosted an interactive meeting with aspiring candidates for parliamentary and mayoral positions. Those in attended where:

• Chipoka Mulenga (UPND) – Chingola west
• Joseph Kazhila (UPND) – Chingola Central
• Franchesca Mulenga (UPND) – Nchanga Constituency
• Andy Mpundu (Independent) – Mayoral Candidate
• Michelle Kazala –(NRPUP) chingola central
• Nelius Mumba (NRPUP) – Mayoral Candidate.
and Boris Chansa (NRPUP) - Chingola west.
Roman Mambo (UPND) mayoral candidate sent apologies

The meeting provided an important platform for engagement and dialogue between the clergy and the aspiring leaders.

During the discussions, the clergy encouraged all aspirants to promote peace, unity, and issue-based campaigns, while avoiding character assassination and divisive politics. They also reminded the candidates that leadership is a calling of service and urged them not to forget God, the people who vote for them, and the communities they seek to represent once elected into office.

We pray for peaceful, credible, and issue-driven elections that will contribute to the development and well-being of Chingola and Zambia as a whole.

✔️2. Community Outreach! We will Continue to Impact the Community!

✔️3. Training People. One of the challenges We face in ministry is People who may not know what we know ...We will continue to train Them so as to see Excellence This Year !!Trainings for ourselves and Also our leaders . Repetition is important!! Very Specialised Training!! It will help in Our Churches making Impact .

✔️4. Collaboration & Networing . This entails working with a Number of Churches Or Organisations, so to make Greater Impact. E.g Evangelism And Outreach. We will Continue to be Open to work with Other people! In Building Projects . Networks Help to Make More Impact ... God Used People to Bless Us ! Let's share Connections and Networks as Ministers .

✔️5. Finances /MONEY . The Gospel is Free But Not Cheap !. Money is the Means to Expanding The Kingdom by Preaching The Gospel. With it , We Can Do a Lot !
