Genesis 5:21-24
Enoch had such a close walk with the Lord that Scripture says, 'and he was not, for God took him' (Gen. 5:24). This means that Enoch did not die, but was taken directly into the presence of the Lord. What a wonderful testimony!

As we seek to follow God with passion like Enoch’s, let’s learn some specific steps that will help us grow in our walk with the Lord. Reconciliation. This term essentially means 'God moving toward us.' The joy of this step is that we bear no responsibility; it’s all up to Him. Through the cross of Jesus Christ, God has already made His move in our direction. (See 2 Cor. 5:18.) When we place faith in the Savior, we immediately take part in that reconciliation. Trusting God. Our heavenly Father wants us to know He is concerned with our spiritual growth. He also wants us to trust that He has, through Christ, provided the means by which we can walk intimately with Him. Agreement. To appreciate the closeness God wants to have with us, we must agree with what His Word teaches about His Son, the church, and our problem with sin.

Fellowship. Just as our human relationships fall apart without regular contact, our intimacy with the Father weakens when we do not spend time with Him. Walking with God is not an impossible mission, but it does require careful attention to the details of our Christian life. When we set our course for God, He will always be there to direct our path (Prov. 16:9).

Who has God been to you? Take a moment to reflect on God's faithfulness in your life. Our relationship with God grows stronger through prayer. When you are afraid place your trust unto God for nothing can stand against you if God is by yourside. Surrender all your fears to Him, may the Lord take care of all your concerns, shame and problems and replace them with peace and truth. May the Almighty protect your mind as you continue to draw close to Him. All the glory to God, who is able to do more than all that we could ever ask or imagine

Good afternoon saints.
Let us have a look in the book/ letter to the Romans.
Paul is a very articulate and intelligent knowledgeable servant of God.
@).He starts his letter by laying down facts (1:3)
@). He declares himself to the committment of the gospel, the weakness of humanity and the need for God(1:18-3:20).
@). Secondly he presents the good news (salvation).
a). Salvation is available to all regardless of gender, culture, identity, we are saved by grace through faith in Christ and the finished works of Calvary.
b). Through Him (Christ) we are justified not guilty of our sins(3:21-5:21).
c). Having layed the foundation Paul then moves into the freedom that comes salvation.
1). Freedom from the power of sin(6:1:23)
2). The freedom from domination of the law(7:1-25)
3). Freedom to become like Christ and discover God's limitless love(8:1-39).
Please read this letter strategically

"It's really amazing that the power to change your life lies in your own hands.

"Alone i can " say" but together we can "talk." Alone i can "enjoy" but together we can "celebrate." Alone i can "smile" but together we can "laugh." That's the beauty of human relations.
