Friendship Divine Service – Sunday, 6 September 2026

On Sunday, our congregation gathered for a special Friendship Divine Service, welcoming family, friends and visitors to share in the Word of God and experience the joy of worshipping together.

Following the Divine Service, everyone enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship with refreshments, warm conversations and joyful moments shared amongst one another. It was a beautiful opportunity to connect and strengthen the bonds of friendship and fellowship within our congregation.

A truly blessed Sunday, filled with faith, friendship and fellowship in the house of the Lord.

Sunday School Lesson – Sunday 30 August 2026

Today’s Sunday School lesson was a blessed time of learning and fellowship, with our ministers joining us to take the lesson and share in the teaching of our young ones.

It was a wonderful opportunity for our children to learn, engage, and grow together in their faith, surrounded by the guidance and support of our ministers and Sunday School teachers.

May our children continue to grow in the knowledge and love of God, with His Word guiding them on their journey of faith. A most blessed Sunday School lesson.

The funeral service of the late Retired Priest Claude Trevor Sinclair will be held at the New Apostolic Church, Heideveld Congregation, on Saturday, 29 August 2026, at 10:00 AM.

We lovingly remember and keep the Sinclair family in our thoughts and prayers during this time of bereavement. May they find comfort, strength, and peace in the support of family, friends, and the congregation. 🙏🕊️

Divine Service – Sunday, 16 August 2026

Today’s Divine Service was conducted by our Rector, Priest Colin English, and he was assisted by Priest David Pullen from Silvertown Congregation.

The Bible word was taken from John 17:20–21: “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word.

We were reminded of Christ’s prayer for unity among His followers and the importance of remaining united in faith, love, and fellowship.

May we continue to grow together in Christ and remain one in Him. A most blessed Divine Service. 🙏🏻🤍

Farewell to Our Young People Leader

Our congregation bids farewell to our Young People Leader, Raymonde Nell, as she embarks on a new journey abroad.

We are grateful for her dedication, love, and faithful service, as well as the many meaningful moments shared with our Young People and congregation.

We wish Ray God’s richest blessings, guidance, protection, and success as she begins this exciting new chapter. May the Lord continue to guide her steps and bless her wherever she goes.

The journey starts here! Our Young People are excited to kick off Dare2Care Week with our YP Catch-Up as we prepare our hearts for a week filled with faith, fellowship, service, and purpose.

May this week inspire us to live the love of Christ, strengthen one another, and truly Dare to Care. We look forward to all that the Lord has in store!
