Morning gentlemen

The date we've been waiting for has arrived.

The TOC Inter District AMO Rally 2022 is today, all systems are in place to ensure we have a wonderful weekend in the Lord, with the Lord and for the Lord.

Please note that temperatures have dropped therefore pack warm clothes for all activities (Indoor & outdoors - supper around the fire at the bush).

Registrations to take place from 15:00 until 17:00 thereafter Holy communion until 20:00.

Traveling mercies upon you from all corners of life.

Vegetarian Catering

Good Evening Gentlemen,

I wish to get confirmation from you all on the number of vegetarians to be catered for during our Rally and let's confirm latest tomorrow, monday,15 August 22 before midday @12:00 via inbox or direct message.

If no response, we would assume that everything will be fine according to our arrangements and no further deviation required for catering vegetarians.

Your cooperation in this regard will be appreciated.

It is Here,It's a Count Down and it's exactly 10 days before the actual Rally.

(1) Sabbath Attire or Outfit,20 August 2022

It will be dignified and much appreciated if we can all come arrayed in dark colors i.e black,blue,navy,charcoal,grey suits or jackets particularly on Sabbath.

(2) Day Visitors

We have opened for Day Visitors(Men)and they will be charged R200 per person without food and they can then can make their own arrangements with the hotel and lunch at the hotel charged at R165.00 per person and dinner R220 per person.

(3) Early Arrival For the Event(19 August 22)

We wish to reiterate again as previously communicated that It will be good and dignified if all of us can arrive early for our event as our first appointment will be at 17:00 sharp for the Holy Communion and where two or three are gathered..

We hope the necessary arrangements have already been done and all of us will be at the venue well in time and start our preparation day for the Sabbath in a manner that befits our conduct and spiritual development.

We are ready,are you ready??
