Our Story
Wilmine and I (Gert Jackson) had our life planned, I was growing in my career, we served as assistant Pastors at our church and I was identified as the future lead Pastor. But God had other plans! God had you in mind. In 2008 the Lord Spoke to me to start a church in Upington. It wasn’t until the year 2017 that we sensed the time was right for us to move and plant the church. We believe that God had us pack up and leave our “life” in Johannesburg behind because he had you in mind!
Our Vision
We aspire to be custodians of spiritual stability through the wisdom and knowledge found in the word of God. When the Lord spoke to me about planting a church in Upington I heard the word “Stable”. When I spoke to the graphic designer about our vision the first thing that came to mind was an “Anchor”, a symbol of stability. We would love to see you, your family, your friends and many others live stable lives!
