During our NYC’25 we had a discussion panel focusing on career stewardship, varsity life, and collaboration between students, professionals, and ministry leaders, providing practical guidance on integrating faith and purpose.
We were blessed with panelist comprised of Pst.
Anathi S. Qokonyeka as the chairperson of the session.
Pst. Lungile Bej Mdanyana enlightening and empowering us on use of AI.
Pst. Siphelele Mndwetywa equipping us on stewardship.
And sister Inga Mbuthuma sharing knowledge on company opening and registration.

Are you guys working on opening and registering those companies🤔?
Are you working on being a good steward going forward🤔?
Oh please don’t sleep on AI, equip yourselves to stay up to date.

Family let us all please partake in this prayer and fasting🙏, it starts tomorrow.

Twenty-one days. One global Church. One mission.

This Monday morning, January 5, the Church of God of Prophecy begins 21 Days of Prayer, and you’re invited to join our family around the world as we pray and live On Mission.

This year, our prayers are focused on open doors for the gospel, open hearts to receive His love, and open opportunities to serve with compassion. Just as Paul prayed, “that God may open a door for our message” (Colossians four, three), we are asking the Lord to open doors in our families, neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities.

Week One begins with "Open Doors: Reaching Those Near Us." Together we will pray for our neighbors, coworkers, friends, and loved ones. We’ll ask God to show us where He is already at work and how we can step into those moments with His love and truth.

Whether you pray alone, with your family, or with your church, these next twenty-one days are an opportunity to realign our hearts with God’s mission—to see people as Jesus sees them, be moved with compassion, and respond in faith.

Let’s pray together. Let’s believe together. And let’s go where God opens the door.

3rd day of our camp opened with a vision casting session led by Pastor Anathi S. Qokonyeka, who emphasized the church’s responsibility to support students in colleges and universities and the need for continued spiritual formation beyond high school. He officially launched COGOP Varsity Connect, a platform aimed at connecting, discipling, and formally gathering COGOP students at tertiary level.

Pastor Qokonyeka further challenged full-time ministers to advance their mission with urgency and called for collaboration between ministry and marketplace believers, emphasizing unity in advancing God’s work. He concluded by affirming that this is a move of God that requires collective participation.

Pastor Mbuku took us to John 1:2, teaching on the importance of becoming containers of the Holy Spirit. We were challenged to understand that God does not only want to visit us, but to dwell within us. A container must be clean, available, and surrendered. When the Spirit dwells within us, we do not just carry information about God, we carry His life, His power, and His nature. We were reminded that revival is sustained when vessels remain yielded, aligned with the Word, and filled with the Spirit.
