Factors that limit our Ministries - ᴛᴀᴋᴇ ᴛɪᴍᴇ ᴛᴏ ʀᴇᴀᴅ..

With the unemployment rate of 35.3% in South Africa, it is very challenging to build an advancing Ministry in this country, especially for young Ministers, through which it requires time for us to be trusted financially unless one decides to go the fraudulent way for financial gain.

This means that we have difficulties building ministries that match our times in terms of innovation, infrastructure and technology: for example, extending your Ministry boundaries into quality media will definitely require a lot of financial support.

Therefore, I believe if one continually ignores these factors, one would be bound to run Ministries in Garages, Small Tents, Class Rooms, small rented buildings, Bushes and even Rented Halls - with less quality equipment or with non-at all, without considering projects of Auditoriums buildings, Innovated Places of Worship that match our generation standards and proper developed outreach structures.

It is advisable that we establish our ministries with innovation & advancement in mind, so that our fathers look at us and are proud of the advancement we are deploying into the Kingdom, to the extent of them even copying new changes from us.

But this will require a young Minister to shift mindset - from the point of financial dependency on the congregation and sharpen our Skills & Wisdom to find ways of financing our own work and to empower our own people into developing streams of income-flow into the work of God through businesses, Investments, Entrepreneurship etc.
