TITLE: “WHEN THE FLESH RESISTS - JESUS DOESN’T LEAVE”
TEXT: Galatians 5:17, Hebrews 13:5, Luke 15:20

_Galatians 5:17 - “The flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh.”_

Don’t be shocked when after years with God you still feel the pull to drink, smoke, or sin. Paul called it war. The Spirit longeth for holiness, the flesh resists with old habits. Falling doesn’t mean you’re fake. It means you’re human. The war proves the Spirit is still alive in you. Dead men don’t fight.

After you fall, the enemy screams: “Jesus left you. Years wasted. Go back to the world.” That’s accusation, not truth. Hebrews 13:5 - _“I will never leave you nor forsake you.”_ Jesus didn’t leave Peter after 3 denials. He didn’t leave David after adultery + murder. He won’t leave you after the bottle. Conviction says “come home”. Condemnation says “you’re done”. Learn the voice.

Luke 15:20 - The prodigal was still far off, but _“his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and embraced him.”_ He didn’t wait for him to shower, repent 10 times, or quit smoking first. He ran while he still smelled like pigs. That’s Jesus. He’s not waiting at the door with a stick. He’s running to you now. Come home. Confess. 1 John 1:9 - _He is faithful to forgive and cleanse._

So don’t let the flesh win. Don’t believe the lie. The Father is running to you today.
Bow your head. If you’ve stumbled - whisper: “Father, I’m coming home.” He hears you.

Lord, we thank You that You don’t leave. Strengthen the flesh that resists. Let the Spirit win in my heart. Amen.

I lament for MAPATE VILLAGE. For months the Spirit has shown me an evil cloud - dark, heavy, unmoving - covering every corner of this village. This is not gossip. This is not fear. This is a wake-up call from a God who reveals before He judges, so that He can redeem. The season is shifting. I see rain approaching - not rain of blessing, but rain of sorrow, pain, death, su***de, stagnation, and abomination. The enemy has been sowing in secret: » Death - untimely deaths, sickness that defies medicine » Su***de - spirits of hopelessness speaking to our youth and elders » Stagnation - hands labor but no fruit, closed doors, wasted years » Abomination - hidden things done in darkness that defile the land ~ Why This Is Happening ~ The land is holy and it cries out. Where sin is hidden and the church is silent, darkness gains ground. No cloud lifts by noise alone. It lifts when we repent, when we bring secrets to light, when we stand as one. The rain of sorrow is near... but the rain of mercy is nearer if we pray now. LET’S PRAY FOR MAPATE Ministers + Intercessors in and around Mapate - this is our hour. Not one church. Not one man. All of us for the sheep of Mapate. PRAYER FOCUS.. † Repentance. † Deliverance. † Protection. † Breakthrough. † Revival. Don’t ignore this. Test it on your knees. If God is speaking, delay is dangerous. This is not an advert. This is a cry from the altar. Those who have ears, hear what the Spirit is saying. 🌧️💔🌪️✨

2026: The Year of God’s Will.Why the next 6 months matter more than you think

Something shifted in the Spirit.
If you’ve felt restless, unsettled, or like time is speeding up, you’re not imagining it. We’ve entered the season of *fulfillment and preparation* — the second half of the year — and God is moving faster than most people realize.

This isn’t a time to coast. It’s a time to pay attention.

This Is the Bridge Season

Think of it like this: the first 6 months were planting and pruning. The next 6 months are about getting ready for what’s next.

God is closing old doors you’ve been trying to keep open. He’s exposing what’s been hidden. He’s cutting away dead weight so you can actually carry what He has for you in 2026.

If you ignore it, you’ll walk into 2026 carrying baggage that was meant to be dropped now. If you lean in, you’ll walk in lighter, clearer, and ready.

2026 Is Not About Your Plan. It’s About His.

Can I be honest? A lot of us have been running hard on plans we made without asking God.

2026 is different.

The Lord is saying: _“This is the year My counsel stands. Not your hustle. Not your backup plan. Mine.”_

That means some doors are going to slam shut. And it’s going to feel uncomfortable. But He’s not trying to frustrate you. He’s protecting you from paths that look good but end in burnout.

He’s also opening doors no one can shut. Doors that only open when you’re in the right place, at the right time, with the right heart.

What God Is Asking Now

Obedience over performance.
Surrender over striving.
Listening over loud plans.

God’s will for you is good, pleasing, and perfect — Romans 12:2 says it plainly. But you can’t stumble into it while running in the opposite direction.

He’s calling you to slow down enough to hear Him. To stop filling every minute with activity and start making space for His Spirit to lead.

The season of “making it happen” is ending. The season of “I am with you, let Me lead” is starting.

I frequently receive inquiries regarding mentorship in the prophetic realm. My candid response is negative—not in the manner people typically anticipate. Prophecy cannot be cultivated through mentorship; rather, it emanates from a deep understanding of one's relationship with God. When individuals establish a firm grasp of their identity as children of God, the Spirit operates freely, and prophecy naturally follows. Many individuals become fixated on utilizing prophecy as a means of demonstrating their connection with God, but this approach only yields frustration. The burden is alleviated when the relational aspect is prioritized. It is essential to focus on cultivating a deep understanding of one's sonship. Prophecy will subsequently unfold as a natural consequence.
