Not everyone in the Army camp is a soldier. Some are cookers and cleaners etc and such do not qualify to fight nation's battles. As a man/woman of God be careful when you appoint people for positions in ministry. Those you appoint can put you on point or point you down. Don't look at the outer appearance of a person. Maturity is not age and a big body structure. Maturity is a spirit of God in a person, to make a person to rule with wisdom. 10% of 30000 Israel soldiers where only ones who were ready to go war under the leadership of Gideon. Ask God to direct you to choose. Some people are OK where they are without promotion. Their promotion will step you @ your back. Every man/ woman of God needs John, Peter and James in his life. The kid you can be vulnerable before. Those who can't use your vulnerability against you. God must give you people who has your spirit and your heart. With my 2c experience in ministry, I realize that people can be hating each other dearly. But the day they leave your ministry they become buddies. Thank God for your name has reconciled enemies. Ministry is not for heart fainted. It exposes you to different types of characters and you need to be able to manage them accordingly. You must have a big heart to harbor families and individuals secrets without telling even your spouse but praying for them. God trusted you with their souls. Don't give children adults responsibilities. In the ministry your will find 70 years babies and a 15 years adult. Gossip and crying are signs of being babies.

I refuse to live like a prince and die like a curse. That's why even when we receive evil invitations, we refuse to bow to Satan. Because some of us we know where He(Jesus) took us from. Our presence struggles are for but temporary but the glory to come is eternal. As a Christian do not sell your soul for temporary things. Always think of the crowns ahead.

He who has a place in your life, can misplace you. Mind those you lift in your boat to your destiny. Ask the captain of your life if they are suitable to enter. Ask the men of tarshish, they once put Jonah in their boat and he caused them their positions. There are some people when they come into your life, marriage, business, home, etc you lose valuable commodities. Lastly before you own your boat let Jesus own it first. He is able to choose for you who is to enter and who is prohibited. People will run away from their boats to enter into yours. Jonah ran away from his fish to others boat. My brother enter your fish and let me enjoy my boat in peace.
