Our founding principles are those that uphold Ubuntu, unity, diversity, rights, responsibility and not forgetting what greatly builds a great youth leader to a great being, and that being Freedom. We believe we are brought to this world to create and hence we are called Creatures. “Create the change you want to see” ULoosha dreams of creating/unleashing great leaders to the world and not only that

, our organisations complexion is characterized by an elusive culture of REDEFINITION and REDISCOVERY. The inspiration behind our culture is entrenched in the spirit that opposes the corrosive cynicism that suggests that nothing revolutionary would be contributed by an African child. We believe the time has come that the African child is given a platform to showcase the Talents and Gifts residing in the inside of its youth, to the rest of the world.
