One act of love can have a profound impact on an individual, and one meaningful sentence can change someone's life. Today, our church embarked on a new outreach program, walking to the streets to spread God's love. Since February is the month of love, we chose to walk around the community, sharing a simple yet powerful message: 'God loves you.' Our goal wasn't to recruit new members but to share God's love with everyone we met.
As we strolled through the road, we sang, danced, and played music from a Bluetooth speaker. People from all walks of life taxi drivers, youth, smokers and alcohol drinkers , individuals who don't believe in God, and the elderly joined in, dancing along with us. Shared a simple goodies and that God loves them. We prayed that our words would resonate with them and make a lasting impact.
In fulfilling God's great commission, we preached a simple yet profound message: 'God loves you.' What's more, we received heartfelt blessings from the community. One elderly lady's words still resonate with us: 'My children never leave church because they've found life there.' Her words were a blessing indeed.
As you read this, our church wants to assure you that God's love knows no bounds – He loves you, no matter what. Amen.
