🔥🛑Stop placing wounded saints in leadership.
Responsibility doesn’t heal wounds it exposes them.🫆👀❌️

Too many ministries are bleeding because leaders were placed in position too soon.A title is not therapy.A mic is not medication.A position won’t restore what only the presence of God can.🔥🛑📣

Wounded people lead from pain.❌️
• They hurt others and call it correction.🚨
• They control and call it leadership.🚨
• They manipulate and call it order. 🚨
• They reject others because they were never healed from rejection.🚨

Before assigning people to lead, discern if they’ve been restored.Jesus didn’t send Peter to feed sheep until He dealt with Peter’s denial.

Don’t build with broken bricks. Heal them first.

Luke 24:30 Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with them, that He took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. 31 Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight.

As we continue in laboring in doctrine and seeking the heart of God in this season. May God cause our eyes to be open so that We May Know Better. When we know Him Better We serve Him better.

Luke 24:13 Now that same day two of them were going to a village called Emmaus, about seven miles[a] from Jerusalem. 14 They were talking with each other about everything that had happened. 15 As they talked and discussed these things with each other, Jesus himself came up and walked along with them; 16 but they were kept from recognizing him.

17 He asked them, “What are you discussing together as you walk along?”

They stood still, their faces downcast. 18 One of them, named Cleopas, asked him, “Are you the only one visiting Jerusalem who does not know the things that have happened there in these days?”

19 “What things?” he asked.

“About Jesus of Nazareth,” they replied. “He was a prophet, powerful in word and deed before God and all the people. 20 The chief priests and our rulers handed him over to be sentenced to death, and they crucified him; 21 but we had hoped that he was the one who was going to redeem Israel. And what is more, it is the third day since all this took place. 22 In addition, some of our women amazed us. They went to the tomb early this morning 23 but didn’t find his body. They came and told us that they had seen a vision of angels, who said he was alive. 24 Then some of our companions went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said, but they did not see Jesus.”

25 He said to them, “How foolish you are, and how slow to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 26 Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?” 27 And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself.

28 As they approached the village to which they were going, Jesus continued on as if he were going farther. 29 But they urged him strongly, “Stay with us, for it is nearly evening; the day is almost over.” So he went in to stay with them.

30 When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. 31 Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight. 32 They asked each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?”

33 They got up and returned at once to Jerusalem. There they found the Eleven and those with them, assembled together 34 and saying, “It is true! The Lord has risen and has appeared to Simon.” 35 Then the two told what had happened on the way, and how Jesus was recognized by them when he broke the bread.

When studying the Book of Esther, we learn two different women:

1. Queen Vashti -Old Covenant
2. Queen Esther- New Covenant.

Typologically speaking a woman is symbolic to the Church/Body of Christ. When the King Ahusuerus hosted a feast an invited all kingdom to the banquet,He called summoned Queen Vashti and she refused when the King was calling her to a Banquet. In the Banquet we find wine. Wine is symbolic to The Spirit & When the king was summoned Queen Esther to the Banquet it was as though, Christ ( The Bridegroom) Inviting The Church (Bride) to a revival. When vashti refused to come to the banquet, She was cast out of the Kingdom and Hadassah took her place and became a more glorious bride. The old covenant was made obsolete and became of No Effect but We were given A better Covenant, A more excellent Covenant.

In Paul's epistles, you will discover this blessed truth :

Righteousness was imputed to the believer through faith in Christ. And His finished work. This was never given to anyone in the old covenant . And there is More to this righteousness,its effects and what it does, the position and authority and that comes with such a position.

New Covenant = Better Covenant = Better Promises

But Paul cried with a loud voice,saying,Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.

There are people who were used by the devil to torture you,to make your life difficult in any possible way,to make sure that tears become your daily bread, not because they're evil by their very own nature,or you offended them personally,but simply because they allowed to be used by the evil one.

Now the moment you are calm in the midst of all that,their mandate frustrates them to death.
And if they fail to deliver your shame and soul to their master,frustration piles up to the roofs of their minds and unfortunately some die without Christ.

But apostle Paul is refusing to see the gaurd committing su***de before receiving Christ.

1.Wounded as you are,give them Christ,for they were just serving their master.
2.(they took off their clothes)You may not match their standard of outfits,naked as you look,give them Christ.Don't allow them to die without Christ.
-you may not afford life like they do,but preach the gospel to them.
Their physical being can feel the warmth of their riches,but their souls are wandering like a bird without home.
You must be born again.Do not harm yourself.
