The Acts 9:3 As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven.
The Acts 9:4 Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?”
The Acts 9:5 And he said, “Who are You, Lord?”
Then the Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads.”
The Acts 9:6 So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?”
Then the Lord said to him, “Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”

Paul was one of the powerful apostles and minister of the New testament but his conversion is never short of a miracle but today am going to show one aspect i love about this man.
He met the Lord on his mission to persecute the saints and when the light slew him a voice spoke to him and being an intellectual man he enquired who he was talking to and the voice said i am Jesus whom you persecute. That moment is where i want to major on.
Instead of saying yaah so it's you why don't you answer me such and such question i have. No he said Lord *what do you want me to do?*
How often children of God are seeking to do what He wants us to do? Most of us are filled with self centred and self intended prayer requests. God to any prayer meeting it's all about husband, wife, money, health, business and all sorts of demonic binding. A few are actually pressing on what is the father's heart.
Do you stop to think that he also has plans that he wants to carry out through you.
Have you asked him Lord what would you have me do?
The day you touched the father's heart you will realise that there's more in God than me, I and my family. God wants to establish his kingdom on the earth using men and he's looking for men who say Lord here IAM what can I do for you..

Philippians 4:11 Not that I am implying that I was in any personal want, for I have learned how to be content (satisfied to the point where I am not disturbed or disquieted) in whatever state I am.
Philippians 4:12 I know how to be abased and live humbly in straitened circumstances, and I know also how to enjoy plenty and live in abundance. I have learned in any and all circumstances the secret of facing every situation, whether well-fed or going hungry, having a sufficiency and enough to spare or going without and being in want.
2 Corinthians 3:5 Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgments or to claim or count anything as coming from us, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God.
2 Corinthians 3:6 [It is He] Who has qualified us [making us to be fit and worthy and sufficient] as ministers and dispensers of a new covenant [of salvation through Christ], not [ministers] of the letter (of legally written code) but of the Spirit; for the code [of the Law] kills, but the [Holy] Spirit makes alive. [Jer. 31:31.]

Unchanging God

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Greetings Family hope i find you well in the name of Jesus. The scriptures above are loved by so many Christians because they can say yes God is the same yesterday if he gave Hannah a baby he can also give me. If He did this for so and so He can also do for me because He is the same and doesn't change.
Well they say God is not a man that doesn't change if He say he's going to do this He is definitely going to do it.
But well all that is correct but there's another truth we overlook that God doesn't change. What was wrong before God's eyes million years ago will remain wrong million years to come.
What made God destroy S***m and Gommorah back then he can destroy any city that does the same.
Yes black is still black to God and that's the integrity of our God He doesn't change because it's a new generation.
So this can work for you or against you.
But remember our God is unchanging.

Change the way you see things. Israelites army saw Goliath as a huge challenge but David saw a big opportunity not to be missed.
Sometimes the challenge is not that big it's only the way you are seeing it. If you can see like God you will see differently.
I pray that you see God's way

Good morning child of God i welcome you to a new week in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus.
Jeremiah 20:9 Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him,
Nor speak anymore in His name.”
But His word was in my heart like a burning fire
Shut up in my bones;
I was weary of holding it back,
And I could not.

This week allow the word of God to shape you and control you. Have you ever notice that if we put hot water in a plastic bottle the same container will be reshaped depending on how hot the water is.
This is the same scenario we are reading this morning in Jeremiah the word of God was fire and it was put inside him. The man had no choice but to take the shape of what's inside him. The word manipulated him and gained mastery over his own body and soul.
What does that mean? It means that he became what the word says not what he wants or wished. It's like a pregnant woman what controls her is not herself but what's inside her now controls her for the next 9 months and until it comes out she will do exactly what the baby wants.
In the book of 1 John the bible says greater is He that is in you than.... if he really is in you your shape and your conduct should change.
If you were an angry man he will shape you to the point that those things that used to anger you will no longer anger you.

The question is has He shaped you yet or it's you who is trying to shape him. I Pray that the word of God which is fire shapes you and model you to the man/ woman you were born to be in Jesus name.

2 Samuel 3:1 Now there was a long war between the house of Saul and the house of David. But David grew stronger and stronger, and the house of Saul grew weaker and weaker.

Just as the house of David grew stronger than the house of Saul may your house grow stronger than your enemy's house in Jesus name. May you wax greater and greater beyond your human capacity!

Every parent knows the voice of his/her child when they cries i pray that God will hear your voice when you cry this week/month. No matter where you call from, no matter the situation you find yourself in cry to him and He will answer you.
May God remembers all the sacrifice and good deeds you did and may he reach out to you in your days of trouble in Jesus name.
