It is an “Uplifting project with the potential to change the lives of poor people in this country.” Based on the concept of getting community based organization and volunteers to take responsibility for the poor people in their community by helping them to gain their self worth and human dignity back again and uplift them.

To see that the project take off in every town in South Africa where there is a great need.
7. Financial Summary
a} To get support from churches and business men in the form of cash donations on a monthly base to sustain the project. b} Any other donations like foodstuffs and clothing will also be appreciated. In the Western Cape there is 400 000 households that lived under the breadline. Ages of the head of the family differ from 26 to 82 years.
2. In Western Cape there is only 7 organizations working with disadvantage people and they all don’t get any money from the government.
3. Our Demographic area is Helderberg and the whole metropolitan area of Cape Town and our target is poor households with no monthly income.
4. The main entry barrier is a lack of start up money. Marketing Strategy
1. To promote the centre to churches and church leaders.
2. To promote the centre to corporate businesses and businessmen.
3. Advertising the centre in Christian papers.
4. Appointment of full time fundraiser for the centre.
5. A Website has already been set up and info will publish on the web.
6. Work in partnership with existing organizations with the same vision. Operations Plan
1. Occupy the property in Main road, Strand with infrastructure already in place.
2. Operation
◦ Leadership & Discipleship programmes and Bible courses.
◦ Feeding Scheme and clothing bank.
◦ Sunday church services and Sunday School classes.
◦ Prepare and train people for evangelism gospel outreaches.
◦ To be a open door for people in need.
3. To see the circumstance and lives of people changed through the gospel.
4.To mobilize and train volunteers, in a practical way to become involved in the day-to-day
activities of the poor people on our property.
5. To develop strategies and programmes to train the people to become self-sufficient again.
6. To disciple them and learn them to have a personal relationship with their Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.
7. To eliminate the stigma of “Poor” that cling to these people.
3. Organization Structure:
A Sec. 21 Company with a CEO, Chairman, Treasurer, and 2 Directors. Not more than five people in the core structure.

Employing volunteers who will be responsible to raised their own support. Space:

5. Capacity:
To help, disciple and train the people till they can be successful place in society again.
6. Critical Suppliers:
Daily volunteers and supermarkets who can supply food for the meals.
7. Financial system:
A full time treasurer will be appointed who will be responsible for the finances and administration and been audited twice a year. Currently Johan Lourens together with Johan Kruger oversees all finances and book keeping is been done on the IQ System.
8. Computer system:
A computer system will be available for the five core people running the centre which are connected through a network with internet access.
9. Equipment
The following equipment is needed to run the ministry effectively:

· Washing basin and tap.
· One freezer and a fridge.
· Microwave oven.
· 70 Plastic chairs.
· 8 Table’s.
· Big screen television and DVD player.
· 2 Speakers and microphone.
· 40 Liter white paint.
· 20 Liter Red floor pain.
· Partitions and 4 doors to erect a office, prayer room and counseling room.
· 12 Set’s of curtain’s.
· Volunteer electrician and plumber, Volunteer handyman to install partisans.
10. Permits and Licenses:
Change a nation is a registered Section.21 company and NPO and the property in Main Street, Strand is in the core business centre with buiseness rights already in place.
