Job 1:1-3 and Joel 2:18 & 19

• Job was a man who was faithful, upright and feared God, even when he had everything he remained faithful.
• There are times of hardship in life, but Job remained faithful and boastful about God in his time of tribulations.
• Whatever has been eaten by the locust, God will reimburse it and give you more years to replace the years that you were suffering so you may enjoy what has been reimbursed by God.
• Trust God that in every situation He will always be with you, know that He is your father and He cares for you.
• You may be the talk of the town, a laughing stock to others but know that God is alive and your story is bound to change.

Sunday sermon: Apostle Madolo

You're a container of the power, for you to see that power you have to release it, stop crying and start to rejoice because you have the power from God.
When you receive Jesus the power get into you, the devil may attack but when you stand in this power you will overcome.
The power you have can not be terminated by the devil.
Stand in your place of power and start to declare. There is power to break every chain, and every yoke of the enemy. The devil has no power he is under your feet.
The bible say rebuke the devil and he will flee.

Matthew 28:18
"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."
•There is no other power that is greater than the power of Jesus, and no blood compares to the blood of Jesus. It is only the blood of Jesus that is able to wash our sins.
You need the power of Jesus to overcome the troubles of this world.

Luke 10:19
You are given the power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. You're harmless when you're in Jesus.

Back to God through prayer

Acts 12:5
A prayer is a foundation and it is a place of calling.
A church was designed by God as a source of power, and power belongs to the church but if the congregation is not a prayerful church a gap is opened for the devil to attack.

Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him and the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hand.
Take note of the company you keep, have people in your life who will pray on your behalf.
Without prayer we're going no where, a successful church is a praying church. Be a prayerful person and pray for your leaders.
Pray without ceasing, in prayer we reverse, and distract the plan of the enemy, we overcome and become stronger.

keynote Scripture : Luke 18 vs 1

PRAYER

As a child of God, you need to be consistent in prayer. Prayer is a weapon that helps us to keep on.
You need to pray without ceasing. This means that you should not stop praying untill something happens. It also means that you should not stop praying when your prayer has been answered.
Being prayerful is followed by favour.
It is important to know where and who to vent/cry to.
There is favour on those who cry/pray on the alter.
There is favour for those who pray morning, day and night.
There is favour for the one who does not complain about the arrival time of their answer but rather waits in prayer.
There is favour for the one who vents to God rather than to mere men.
There is favour for those who cry on the alter of God.
When you are prayerful, your name and identity changes, you become FAVOUR.
The Kingdom of God needs prayerful servants like Jacob, who will wrestle for the good. Servants who will be consistent in prayer. It needs people who will say "I will not stop praying untill something happens".
Points to ponder and ask yourself is :
Do I trust God, but moreover, Can God trust me? Can the Heavens trust me?
Because if you are not a Heaven trustee, you are eligible to be substituted.
Lastly, In order for your prayer to be God-pleasing and effective, your Prayer must be accompanied by Faith!

A calling and the vision
Jeremiah 1:4-7;9;11-12 and 20:7;9

•Before there is a vision there is a calling, before you get a calling, God must first call you. God spoke the word to Jeremiah when he was still young.

The Bible says; my people will perish because of lack of knowledge, where there is no vision of God people perish.
•There are people who are selected to be a mouth of God , many are called but few are chosen.
God chose those who seem to be nothing in the eyes of people and make them something.
God says I know the plans I have for you; plans to prosper you and not to harm you, he does not look at your yesterday, God does not look as people look.
•We were created with a blessing but the devil tends to steal our blessings; Today proclaim your blessings.
You're called to be a blessing, and to be blessed.
•You may hide in the presence of the crowd but when you're in the presence of God, reveal all that is in you for he knows all about you, he knew you before you were formed, God created you.
•He does not work with the crowd; when there are many people following you, God does not begin any work in you; He will remove you from the crowd when he wants you to do his work. Don't cry over people who leave you, just know that God is moulding and reshaping you.
•Be glad for your persecutions, because God is working your way up, when things are not working well for you and feel like God has deserted you just know that it is the process of your way up, you need to trust in him for he is your creator.

The Snare Is Broken, And We Are Free

Psalm 124:7 and 91:3
• When you are held by a snare you became under pressure, you don't have a vision, you can't pray, you fail to have a vision for your life, you don't see any progress, your mind loses it's own intellect and your will is lost. But today God is telling you through His word that you are free like a bird and you will fly like a free bird up above your enemies.
• Nothing is as painful as having your soul being held by a snare whereby you try to move forward but the snare is holding you back, but know that today God is proclaiming freedom to you!
• A snare makes you think you don't have the ability nor the power to move forward because literally speaking you find that it's merely small things that are holding you back.
• People might say/believe that it's over for you but know that God is saying the snare holding you is set loose!
• The snare holding you might kill your soul but as long you are still alive, God is saying all the snares holding you are broken and you shall fly like a free bird!

Keynote Scripture: Genesis 3:8-11

Adam hid himself because he was naked, Adam was used to hearing the voice of God but after disobeying the word of the Lord he hid himself after hearing the voice of God.
The problem with Adam is that he listened to the wrong voice, that lead him astray. He ate from the tree that he was told not to eat from because he listened to the wrong voice.
God came to the place where they always met but Adam and Eve hid themselves when they heard the voice of God.
There are many voices that are hovering around. Listen to the voice of God.
God can use the voice of someone else to speak to you, in the bible God used Eli to let Samuel know that it was God who was calling him.
Moses was on the mountain listening to the voice of God, he came back filled with glory.

The voice of God is life, it builds us and and give us direction.

•For you to stay in the ministry and stay where God has placed you, you need to listen to instructions and accept corrections.
•The purpose of the word of God is to correct us so that we may please God.
Receive counsel from the wise people and from the people who fear God.
•Seek counsel from people who know and obey the word of God, those who are in the right path with God
Receive instructions from people who are above you in Spirit.

THE REALM OF FAITH, THE SUPERNATURAL AND POSSIBILITIES

2 Corinthians 4:18 and Hebrews 11:3

° The realm of faith is the realm of the unseen. Faith leads the unseen to be part of the seen. When God said let there be light He spoke of what He could see in the spiritual realm and later seen physically (Faith leads the invisible towards the visible), therefore God wants us to speak what we want to see with our naked eyes to our situations.
° Faith actualises what it realises. It takes faith to tap into the supernatural and receive the unseen. Faith touches and receives things beyond our natural senses.
° The supernatural power is not from this world we are in, without faith you will remain in the world of the natural. It is impossible to walk in the supernatural without faith.
° God operates in a realm where everything possible/attainable. Impossibilities are God's specialities.

What is a service?
A service is what you offer be it with your physical ability or finances or any other way.

Psalms 75:6-7
For you to be promoted you need to serve, no one can be promoted without doing anything.
Any person who is giving herself/himself to serve is a candidate to promotion. If you want God to promote you give yourself to serving in the things of God. Render a service to God not to yourself
It is God who can uplift you, if you want to be lifted up continue serving diligently. Serving is like a master key that opens any door.

1 Corinthians 15:58
Anywork you do in the house of God excelling is not in vain. When you're serving you must be available, don't say you're too busy to serve, make time if you want to be great and uplifted.
Give yourself to serving in your church and to the kingdom of God. Whatever you're doing in the house of God do it superior.

Isiash 6:8
"Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me."
Get involved in the things of God, for you to serve you must have a sense of belonging, a place where you'll be serving.
