God has defeated Satan through the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Through this overwhelming victory, God has also empowered you to overcome any temptation to sin and has provided sufficient resources for you to respond biblically to any problem of life. By relying on God’s power and being obedient to His Word, you can be an overcomer in any situation.

When Jesus said if we only believe, we can pray to have mountains removed and be cast into the sea, but instead of taking this literally, He likely meant what seems like an insurmountable problem (the mountain) can be cast away like a stone thrown into the sea (by praying with faith). This is why Jesus said, “whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him” (Mark 11:23).

When you feel like giving up, you are
missing out on what God has to offer. There
are so many things that demand our
attention and while it may be good to leave
behind unhealthy relationships, jobs, and
habits, it's also important to keep fighting
for what is good and right. Fight for
marriage, fight for your kids, fight for your
health - don't give up! Know that you are
not alone, and know that we are in the
hands of God- He will provide us with
strength when we need it.

Hebrews 12:1-3

1 Therefore, since we are surrounded
by such a great cloud of witnesses, let
us throw off everything that hinders
and the sin that so easily entangles.
And let us run with perseverance the
race marked out for us, 2 fixing our
eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and
perfecter of faith. For the joy set
before him he endured the cross,
scorning its shame, and sat down at
the right hand of the throne of God. 3
Consider him who endured such
opposition from sinners, so that you
will not grow weary and lose heart.

and his understanding no one can

weary and increases the power of the
weak. 30 Even youths grow tired and
weary, and young men stumble and
fall; 31 but those who hope in the
LORDwill renew their strength. They

run and not grow weary, they will walk
