Today we commemorate the glorious Ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Forty days after His resurrection, Jesus ascended in glory and was enthroned at the right hand of the Father. His ascension is the declaration of His victory, His reign, and His eternal authority.

As the Church, we stand in hope and expectation, knowing that the same Jesus who ascended in glory will return in glory.

“After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.” — Acts 1:9

May this day strengthen your faith, renew your devotion, and remind you that our King reigns forever.

Remain faithful.
Remain watchful.
Remain expectant.
