We were taught wrong, they taught us that White people a Capitalists, if that was the case why have we continued to reject a Community Based Approach in all we do, and instead embraced an individualistic and capitalistic approach as Black People..

Whether we like it or not, all other nations advance in all they do because they support their people first, not us Black South Africans. I was once a youth Pastor in a multiracial church, one member of our church, an Elderly Man, Indian by race, would religiously leave Auckland Park and go to Lenz to buy groceries every time it was time for him to buy groceries. I love that man, I saw in him the commitment and loyalty he had for his Indian Community. He would only buy from other races if his own people did not have what he wanted or needed.

My definition of capitalism: a community made up individuals from one community who are inspired and act from the concept of Ubuntu supporting each others businesses, efforts etc.. to a level of success that allows them to be Seen and Act as a Nation of Capitalists.

Capitalists have their communities, and they support and build them first, and even when they help other nations it is so that the beneficiary Nation is indebted or enslaved to them. They can be a smaller population but they always have the power to buy land, whether through stealing the land, or bribes or with honest deals.

Black South Africans we have become what we've assumed White People are, Individualistic and Capitalistic, unfortunately our capitalistic tendency is not backed by money, it is backed by greed, poor politics, ethnic division, and always begging White People and All other Nations for Jobs, and still cry that they pay us peanuts.

Black South African run off to White Churches, and when they get there White show them they do not want to fellowship with them even in church, White people eventually leave that church, and find themselves churches they believe are predominantly White, while masquerading as multiracial churches. The same applies with schools, businesses, and even suburbs.

Black Man Walk Faster, or Forever Remain Behind.
The basic value of Ubuntu is exactly what we need to exercise amongst ourselves before exercising it towards other nations.

Ubuntu, suggest you've got something to give, something to do for someone, why bother showing Ubuntu to other nations when you can't show it to your own Kind.

When you have nothing to give or nothing to do for someone, then the only thing you are doing is giving up your right to trade in you own townships, and country, eg. Who owns spazas, who occupies buildings in Central Johannesburg, who owns large properties, who has big churches, who has what is labeled as good schools by Black South Africans? I'm sure you have good answers, yet bitter to admit.

Black Man, Black South African, Wake up, Rise to the occasion, and Walk Faster, otherwise, you'll forever remain behind.

One Black South African, Proudly Venda by brith, a God Fearing man, and who is proud Pastor, husband, a father, challenging his fellow Black People to Walk Faster.

Here is my prophecy, and one that I announce not as a declaration, but as a warning: Black Man Walk Faster or Forever Remain Behind.

It should be law in South Africa, that if you did not go to Bible School, Theoretical Seminary or University and complete at minimum a 3 year diploma you can't open nor Pastor a church.

Three things must also be mandatory for all who are called to be Pastors or claim to be called as Pastors.

1. They must must have served at least three years in a specific local church, and must have been a member of that that church at for a year before serving in that specific local church.

2. After, completing a three year diploma, they must serve at least one year full probation.

3. Not all Pastors are preachers or teachers, but those who want to preach or teach they must first attend a mandatory Preaching and Teaching class, where they will be extensively taught how to source, prepare and deliver sermons.

If someone is already Pastoring, then they must complete 1 and 3 above.

The truth is, there are some Pastors who never went for theological training, and are doing well, so this will be a course to upskill themselves.

Another truth is that there a Pastors with Theological Training, but are dropping yhe ball

Isangoma siyathwasa
Doctors when to Medical School
Nurses, nursing college
Gun owners, went for training, got the the competency certificate, and applied for their license.

Pastor, Teacher, Apostel, Prophet, Evangelist, Bishop, Reverend etc.. please answer yhe following questions:

1. Where did you serve before Pastoring a Church?
2. Where did you compete your Theological Training?
3. Where did you serve your probation?
4. Where did you complete your preaching course, if you don't have Theological Training?

These are questions members of all churches should be asking about their Pastors, maybe this will help them not to be fooled by Pastors who are teaching them unbiblical staff, with no Theological input.

As a Pastor, I don't just accept someone word simply because the person claims God gave them a revelation or when they start their sermons by saying "Gid Said", many false teachers have fooled people using those lines.

Value your faith, and protect it. Don't just accept anyone or any teaching.

Theological training does not mean someone is called, no Theological training does not mean someone is not called.

But we need a balance, A Calling must indeed, go with skill and gifting, and that's where Theological Training comes, and everyone who is is called must be tested, that's were serving and probation come in.

Im definitely not prescribing an absolute solution, I'm merely suggesting something that can help us solve at least 50% of the problems, weaknesses and challenges we find in the Church and Pastors in general.

My prayer is that, our children have been studying and learning throughout the year, especially those who are in Matric.

My biggest concern are the students who are lazy to study throughout out the school calendar, and want to use prayer as a magic wand that will make them pass their exams with distinctions.

There's no church or Pastor that will turn bad Matric results into good ones, or make you pass without studying and applying yourself in your school work.

When we pray for you as Pastors, we are merely asking God to keep you safe from anything that will make your exam season be a bad one, or keep you from writing when you have done all to prepare yourselves for your final examinations.

I'm declaring a peaceful, wonderful, exciting and blessed exam season for all our children who applied themselves in their school work, yes I know the results will vary, but my prayer is that for your effort, time and discipline God will make you ready mentally, emotionally and physically to showcase what you learned and give you the harvest in equal proportion to your effort, time and the discipline you put in towards your learning and education.

God does not reward laziness, He faithfully rewards labour, faithfulness and discipline.
