The Bible doesn't specify the exact time or date of Jesus' return. In fact, Jesus himself said that only the Father knows when he'll come back, and even the angels and the Son don't have that knowledge (Matthew 24:36). This means we can't predict the exact day or hour of his return.
*What We Do Know:*
- *Signs of the End Times*: Jesus mentioned various signs that would indicate his return is near, such as ¹ ²:
- *False Prophets*: Many will claim to be messengers of God, leading people astray.
- *Wars and Rumors of Wars*: Global conflicts and tensions will rise.
- *Famine and Earthquakes*: Natural disasters and scarcity of resources will increase.
- *Increased Crime and Breakdown of Family*: Moral decay and societal instability will prevail.
- *Imminence*: Jesus emphasized that his return is imminent, and we should be prepared at all times (Matthew 24:42-44).
- *Purpose*: Jesus will return to reward the righteous, judge the wicked, and establish a new heaven and earth (Revelation 21-22).
*How Should We Respond?*
- *Be Prepared*: Live a holy life, love God and others, and share the gospel (Matthew 22:37-40, Matthew 28:18-20).
- *Watch and Pray*: Stay vigilant and communicate with God regularly (Luke 21:34-36).
- *Focus on Faithfulness*: Prioritize growing in faith, obeying God's Word, and encouraging others (Hebrews 10:24-25) ³.
While we can't know the exact time of Jesus' return, we can be certain that he'll come back when the time is right. Let's focus on living faithfully and sharing the gospel, rather than trying to predict the date ⁴.
