As today it's mother's Day here it's a scripture for all mothers out there.

TITUS 2: 3-5.

In the same way instruct the older women to behave as women should who live a holy life. They must not be slanderers or slaves to wine. They must teach what is good, in order to train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, and to be good housewives who submit to their husbands, so that no one will speak evil of the massage that comes from God.

JUDAS AGREES TO BETRAY JESUS.

Then Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, who was one of the twelve disciples. So Judas went off and spoke with the chief priests and the officers of the temple guard about how he could betray JESUS to them. They were pleased and offered to pay him money. Judas agreed to it and started looking for a good chance to hand Jesus over to them without the people knowing about it. 🙏

JESUS CURSES THE FIG TREE

On his way back to the city early next morning, Jesus was hungry. He saw a fig tree by the side of the road and went to it, but found nothing on it except leaves. So he said to the tree, " you will never bear fruit!" At once the fig tree dried up. The disciples saw this and were astounded."how did the fig tree dry up so quickly?" They asked. Jesus answered, "I assure you that if you believe and do not doubt, you will be able to do what I have done to this fig tree. And not only this, but you will even be able to say to this hill, 'Get up and throw yourself in the sea', and it will. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.

HEARING AND DOING

Remember this my brothers and sisters! Everyone must be quick to listen, but slow to speak and slow to become angry. Human anger does not achieve God's righteous purpose. So get rid of every filthy habit and all wicked conduct. Submit to God and accept the word that he plants in your hearts, which is able to save you. Do not deceive yourselves by just listening to his word; instead, put it into practice.

Ephesians 3:14-21

THE LOVE OF CHRIST
For this reason I fall on my knees before the father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth receives it's true name. I ask God from the wealth of his glory to give you power through his Spirit to be strong in your inner selves, and I pray that Christ will make his home in your hearts through faith. I pray that you have your roots and foundation in love, so that you, together with all God's people, may have power to understand how broad and long, how high and deep, is Christ's love. Yes, may you come to know his love although it can never be fully known and so be completely filled with the very nature of God. To him who by means of his power working in us is able to do so much more than we can ever ask for, or even think of: to God be the glory in the Church an in Christ Jesus for all time, for ever and ever! Amen.
