*What Is True Deliverance?*
My valued family, it is very dangerous to only cast out devils from people who are not born again (saved), and never give them the new birth (salvation). So, after casting out demons from people who are not born again, give them salvation (new birth). Amen and amen! Good news: when one is born again (saved), he/she belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ. And from the moment of the new birth, he/she is the indwelt by the Spirit of Christ Jesus, the Lord. *Romans 8:9 AMP, "However, you are not [living] in the flesh [controlled by the sinful nature] but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God lives in you [directing and guiding you]. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him [and is not a child of God]."* In other words, he/she is indwelt by the Lord Jesus Christ, and He lives in him/her. *Colossians 1:27 “To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” NIV.* This is why the born again person can't be possessed by devils, because Christ lives in him/her. This is the gospel. Glory to God! On the contrary, the one who is not born again, he/she can be possessed by devils. And then, when the so called "deliverance preachers" can cast out the devils from the person and don't give him/her salvation, they are setting up the person for more demons to possess him/her. Inevitably, his/her life and situation will be worse.
This is the reason why sometimes people who are sick because of demons. After these demons are cast out of them and never led to receive Christ Jesus as Lord. They later become sick again, and it is worse than before. The reason is when demons were cast out of them, they were left clean, but they never received Jesus as Lord and Saviour. In other words, they were not born again. They were left clean, but not occupied. Demons were cast out of them, but they were not born again into the kingdom of God, from the kingdom of satan. Thus, the devil still has a claim over them. *Luke 11:24-26 When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ “And when he comes, he finds it swept and put in order. “Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first (NKJV).* You see in the story the Lord Jesus told that when demons are cast out of a person, and they can’t find a place to rest, they come back where they were resting before, to check if the person is occupied. When the Bible says that the demons went on dry places seeking rest and couldn’t find it, it means the demons couldn’t find someone else to possess. This means the demons were cast out, but couldn’t find someone else to possess. So, they came back to their former resting place and found it was clean, but not occupied. This means this person had demons cast out of them, but they were not born again or saved. They were not yet relocated from the power of darkness. If they had been born again or saved, then they would have been occupied with the Holy Spirit’s indwelling Presence and Power. Check what John said about the born again believer, *“Ye are of God little children and have overcome them, because GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU than he that is in the world” I John 4:4 KJV.* According to what the Lord Jesus said, the evil spirits went and fetched more wicked evil spirits and repossessed that person, and the Bible says that the last state of that man is worse than the first. Can you see why the person who was sick, because evil spirits were making him/her sick, and they were cast out and healed, can become worse after this? Yes, they were left clean, but they were not occupied. Meaning, those demons could come back, and they come back with worse evil spirits. This is why it is not good to just cast out demons out of people, or just pray for them if they are not yet born again, and not preach the Gospel to them to be born again. *My valued family, it is very dangerous to only cast devils from people and leave them not born again. You are putting them in place were more demons can possess them again.* That is why it is very vital that after we have cast out the demons from people, we lead them to Christ the Lord so that they can be born again. Let us preach the gospel of being born again to people, and let them receive or reject the gospel themselves. But it’s significant that you preach the Gospel to them to be born again, so that their situation will not be worse than it was before. This is why you must be very careful of the so-called “deliverance preachers,” who just cast out demons out of people and lay hands on people, even those who are not born again, but never lead them to salvation. You find they only demonstrate the power, cast out demons said to be “deliverance.” They never lead people to salvation. In fact, you will never hear them calling people to be born again. They mistakenly think deliverance is being born again. *True deliverance is when someone places his/her God-given faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work for salvation.* Only then that’s when they are truly delivered. This deliverance is from the power of darkness into the kingdom of the Son of his love, and this means, demons can never possess them again. Glory to God! Demons can be cast out of a person who is not born again, but they can’t be cast out from a born again person. This is the gospel! In Christ, you are already delivered! Don’t let the devil make you be in search of what you already have in Christ.
