Good day all of the brothers and sister of this amazing False Bay Diocese Youth-Indaba. What a blessed event with such blessed people. Friday was truly history in the making and something that needs to be done more often. Young people never stop shining for God. To the Design team that has out this event together, God bless you for having our young peoples interests at heart. Continue to serve God's people, never loose sight of the bigger picture and continue to do it for the greater good.

This Year is the Year of and for Young People in the Province. As the Diocese of False Bay we will be having opportunities to shine more as the current and future generations of our church.

"Nothing for Us without Us" is a phrase we all as young people need to say, implement and push to all levels/structures of our Communion.

So, in the coming months we will be hosting a Youth Indaba to set the mood for our first Youth Synod so get ready and more information will follow soon.

The CLGB hosted their Annual Drill and Band competition in Robertson yesterday. Congrats all on the Company's of the day, all your hard work paid off. Jobs well done. Looking forward to next year.

Anglicans Ablaze 2016 - Special Youth Rate Extended!
Because of our belief in the youth and the pivotal role they play in our lives and society now and in the future, we are happy to annouce that we are extending the special discounted youth rate of R395 for the foreseeable future.
The original youth/student rate for Anglicans Ablaze was R495; but due to a generous financial donation to go solely towards student registration, we can reduce the price to R395.
How do you qualify for this special discount?
--You must be 30 years old or younger.
--You must register for the conference before 31 August and pay a deposit of at least R50 to reserve your seat.
--You have to pay your balance of R345 by 21 September.

Furthermore, if you and a team of at least ten young people are willing to serve as volunteers before and after the conference (for example to help with set up and tear down), you can qualify for the special volunteer rate of R350. Please contact [email protected] or [email protected] for details.
