Poised & Paid

Poised & Paid Poised & Paid™ is a movement for women who desire to lead with elegance, build wealth with intention, and carry themselves with grace, confidence, and power.

We believe in feminine leadership, disciplined thinking, and profitable living. A hunger exists amongst the lay faithful that needs to be fed, especially for women. Society tells us to be something so much different than what God calls us to be. Our hope is to clear the fog and bring to light the authenticity and truth of God’s gifts just for women. Who is a Jesus Girl? Well she is strong, smart,

determined; She is a mother, a wife, a daughter. She's tall, short, thin, heavy, light, dark. She is caring, loving, trustworthy. She prays, she worships, she serves. She has dreams and goals that she is ready, willing and determined to achieve. But most of all she loves the Lord with all her heart!

Most people are not living their ideal life…
they’re living what they never questioned.

You say you want more money.
A better lifestyle.
Freedom.

But have you actually defined it?

Clarity is what turns dreams into strategy.
And discipline is what turns strategy into results.

If you don’t decide what you want…
life will decide for you.

Poised & Paid™ was created for the woman who knows she was made for more.

More than survival.
More than shrinking.
More than just getting by.

This is a space for women who desire to lead with confidence, build with intention, and create wealth with elegance.

It is more than a brand.
It is a mindset.
It is a standard.
It is a movement.

Welcome to Poised & Paid™.

Looking the part is not about pretending. It is about preparing.

The way you dress, carry yourself, and show up communicates before you even speak. But presence alone is not enough. You still have to do the work, build the discipline, and become the kind of woman your next level can trust.

Poised & Paid™ is for the woman who understands that elegance and excellence belong together.

Look the part.
Do the work.
Become undeniable.

Relationship Rules with Men

1. Accept him at face value
2. Appreciate his better side.
3. Admire his manliness
4. Make him number one
5. Let him be the guide, protector and provider
6. Let him manage the money
7. Don't wound his masculine sensitive pride
8. Be sympathetic, understanding.

Instead of trying to make him over, try making him happy.

Men are different from women, so different in nature and temperament that is almost as though they come from another planet. Men don't think, act, or reacts as women do, nor do they have the same needs or values. Even needs that are similar differ in value. For example, love is essential to both; admiration is essential to both; but love is more important to a women and admiration is more important to a men.

Because we fail to understand these differences, we sometimes provide men with the things we need, rather than the things they need, and are baffled when they fail to respond as we anticipated.

Wisdom is the most valuable commodity—so buy it! Revelation-knowledge is what you need—so invest in it! Wisdom will exalt you when you exalt her truth. She will lead you to honor and favor when you live your life by her insights. You will be adorned with beauty and grace, and wisdom’s glory will wrap itself around you, making you victorious in the race.
Proverbs 4:7‭-‬9 TPT

In the old covenant there are two ascensions recorded, the first is by Enoch and the second by Elijah, the two ascensions have to do with the fact that Jesus was to ascend twice. In the gospels after His resurrection, Mary tried touching Him and He refused saying do not touch me for I have not yet ascended to my Father and 8 days later He said come touch my hands and feel the holes in my hands, which shows that the ascension he was talking to Mary about had taken place and now people could touch him. The second ascension we see it forty days after His resurrection when He was taken in the cloud to heaven. Also, the high priest entered the Holy of holies twice, on the Day of Atonement first to atone for his own sins and secondly to atone for the sins of the people. The entering of the high priest was a shadow of Christ’s ascension. According to the book of Hebrews the high priest would enter once into the Holy of holies, on the Day of Atonement. The once used here has to do with the number of days the high priest entered which was only once on the 10th day of the seventh month on the Day of Atonement, but on that particular day he would go beyond the veil twice.

Eli Marked the mouth of Hannah, he did not realize that he was witnessing a force of change...
The family situation was now forced to change
The National situation was now forced to change
The Generational situation was now forced to change

Let let us move our lips towards heaven.

And it happened, as she continued praying before the Lord, that Eli watched her mouth. Now Hannah spoke in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard. Therefore Eli thought she was drunk.
