Psalms 46:10 KJV
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

What does it mean to be still and know that I am God?

to be still is to be quiet in God’s presence.
to be still would involve looking to the Lord for help
it will also mean ceasing to fight a battle you cannot win.

In quietness and trust is His strength, He will bring peace.

When we are still and surrendered to God, we find peace even when the earth gives way,

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

Run to Him, lay down your weapons and fall into His arms.
Acknowledge that He is God and God shall be exalted in the Earth.

3 Who shall ascend onto the hill of the Lord? Or who shall stand in His Holy Place?

4 He that hath clean hands and a pure heart, who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

5 He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Psalm 24:3-5

If we seek God, His face to stand in his presence and the glory, We must desire to climb his Holy place.

Who will stand in this mountain and will ascent ?

Jesus is the ladder to heaven, the "bridge" between Heaven and earth.
the bridge on which The "angels of God" ascend and descend on the Son of Man.

Jesus is the connection between men and God
