GOD ENABLED HER TO PASS GRADE 12 WITH A BACHELORS AND SHE ACHIEVED 4 DISTINCTIONS
Ms. Bongiwe Mabasa has been a member of Unity Fellowship Church’ Sunday School since 2018. She was doing grade 12 in 2021. She wrote preliminary examinations in September of that year, and she had not done well when she received her results. That caused Ms. Mabasa to be concerned and afraid that she might not do well in her final examinations. She was most concerned that she would not be accepted at university if she did not do well in those examinations.
She started writing her final examination on the 27th of October 2021. Ms. Mabasa used her cell phone to study because she had stored her notes, past papers, and solutions for that whole year in that phone. Unfortunately, her cell phone crashed a week before she started writing her examinations, resulting in her losing all her study material. She only had her schoolbooks to help her prepare. It was now challenging for her to study because of the lost study material, and she ended up failing to revise her work using past papers. However, she continued to prepare for the examinations.
Ms. Mabasa attended a Sunday Service at Unity on the 31st of October 2021. The Servant of God Pastor Mukhuba made an altar call for school children writing their final grade 12 examinations during the service. Ms. Mabasa responded to that altar call. The Servant of God encouraged them to continue studying. She also declared that they would remember what they learned in the examination room, including what their teachers taught them. Pastor Mukhuba also declared that certificates with distinctions were getting released that day.
Moreover, the Servant of God instructed them to raise their hands to receive grace to pass all their subjects, including those that were very difficult for them during the year. She blessed their heads and opened their minds declaring that there would be no more failure or low marks in their lives. Pastor Mukhuba added that children of Unity would attain top positions in their respective schools. She also encouraged them to excel and do their best. A moment later, she prayed for Ms. Mabasa together with all those who had responded to that altar call.
After prayer, Ms. Mabasa was hopeful that she would do well in her examination for the remainder of her subjects. She was also encouraged by Pastor Mukhuba’s words to do her best, and she practised that while studying. A week after prayer, she wrote Physical Science and all the outstanding subjects. She received her grade 12 results on the 21st of January 2022, and she passed with a bachelor’s entry. She also achieved distinctions in Physical Science, Mathematics, Life Science and Life Orientation. She scored 87% for Physical Science, 89% for Mathematics, 90% for Life Science and 80% for Life Orientation.
Ms. Mabasa was not expecting distinctions in Physical Science and Life Science because she passed them with low marks during her preliminary examination. To top it all, Ms. Mabasa is the only learner in her school who achieved a distinction in Physical Science. She was not doing well in Life Science the whole year, but the Lord still enabled her to attain a distinction. Ms. Mabasa did not expect high marks for any of her subjects, but the Lord helped her pass her subjects with very good marks. The words of the Servant of God came to pass in her studies. Hallelujah!
Furthermore, she was accepted into all major universities. She chose to study at WITS, and they offered her a university entrance scholarship. Ms. Mabasa expressed gratitude and praised the Lord for the grace bestowed on her studies. She is also thankful to Pastor Mukhuba for her prayers and teachings. Glory to Jesus!
