Ps Aaron kick started our Series on the Book of Numbers 🔥 Numbers starts with a command by God to Moses to censor the people.

Now that Israel was free from Egypt they needed to become an organized people ready for the battle of the promised land.

The Tabernacle of Moses was stationed in the centre of the tribes. Conveying that God was to be central in the life of His people.

Ps Bevin shared from what's commonly referred to as the Parable of the Prodigal Son in Luke 15. It's more accurately a Story of the Father's compassion. He is the central, unifying figure in the parable and the story is built around his response to both he's rebellious sons.

We've completed our journey in Proverbs 4 👏🏼 The wise teacher almost desperately desires for his son to pursue and guard wisdom in his heart.

Our heart is the control centre of our lives. Wisdom must be held with the deepest of affection if we are going to see its fruit.

Between Proverbs 1 to 7 there are 10 fatherly appeals given by Solomon. Ps Bevin taught from the 6th wisdom appeal. Here the wise fatherly teacher instructs his son to avoid the wicked path and the people that occupy it.
This father was almost desperate in his appeal to his son.

Do we have these kind of people in our lives? Who in wisdom and love warn and correct us?
