​The Shree Vishnu & Mariamman Alayam warmly invites all devotees and families to partake in the blessings of the upcoming prayer through this annual opportunity to sponsor a Jhunda. Devotees are welcome to offer as many Jhundas as they wish to extend their prayers and devotion.
​The Significance of the Hanuman Jhunda (Flag)
In Hindu tradition, the saffron flag (Jhunda) dedicated to Lord Hanuman is a powerful symbol of victory, righteousness (dharma), fearlessness, and divine protection. Raising the flag signifies the triumph of good over evil, spiritual awakening, and an unwavering devotion to Lord Rama and Hanuman. It acts as a beacon of positive energy, inviting strength, courage, and divine grace into homes and communities, while shielding devotees from negative influences and obstacles.

Inclusions: All items required will be provided directly by the temple, making it seamless and convenient for you to participate.

Rise early with us! Devotees are encouraged to join hands starting at 6:00 AM as we wash, prepare, and sacredly assemble the Jhundas before the main ceremony begins. Your willingness to assist in these sacred preparations brings immense grace to the event.

🪔 Prepare Rhot Prasadham:
We encourage all households and devotees to lovingly prepare and bring Rhot Prasadham to offer during the prayers, sharing divine blessings with the entire community.

Whether assisting with venue preparation, hosting guests, or organizing setup, every helping hand enriches our collective effort. Let us showcase the power and warmth of our community spirit!

​My humble pranaams to all devotees.
​This year, as part of our 10-day Ganesha Mahotsavam, we will be hosting our annual 108 Homams/Hawans for Lord Ganesha this sunday .
​Each family will have the unique opportunity to perform their OWN individual Homam, with all necessary prayer items provided by the temple.
​Lord Ganesha is the remover of all obstacles
(Vighnaharta). This sacred prayer is dedicated to overcoming any difficulties and challenges that devotees may be facing.

​Donations: You may contribute a voluntary donation toward the temple and Guru Dakshina according to your means.

​How to Participate: To reserve a slot for you and your family, please send a private message directly to Guru.
