In the garden in Eden, God said, to the fall of man, the curse would involve toil, thorns and death. But to Eve He said, it would involve the pains of childbirth...
Her pain would be part of bringing forth new life...
In fact scripture says, all creation is undergoing the pains of childbirth/ birthing.
Through the creation comes the new birth, a fallen world brings forth the children of God.
They are born again through the birth pangs of emptiness, despair, frustration, disappointment, broken hearts, broken dreams, unanswered longings, of wounding and of tears...
The creation groans and brings forth God's life.
Just as a mother forgets the pain in the joy of her new life/baby, so too for those children of God. Whatever pain and tears they knew in this life, become the birth pangs of our new life in Him now and in the afterlife.
So don't despise the tears, but know that in God, every tear brings forth birth, and every sorrow, new life... The miracle of birth.

Rom. 8:22-23.

PEACE BE TO YOU, is what Christ Jesus said to His disciples when He suddenly appeared, greeting them who were meeting behind LOCKED doors...
It is the ONLY record of Jesus saying those words.
It was the first thing He said when He appeared to them AFTER the resurrection... in fact, He said it TWICE.
There must be something about those words... remember, it's ONLY recorded after the resurrection, not before!

When Isaiah prophesied of Messiah's atoining death, he wrote: 'He was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The punishment for OUR PEACE was upon Him...'
Peace ONLY comes AFTER the atonement is made.
So it was only AFTER Jesus died on the cross and rose that peace could be given.
Isaiah's prophecy doesn't say 'our peace.' It say's 'our shalom.'
And when Jesus spoke the blessing to His disciples, He didn't say 'peace' either.
He said, 'Shalom aleichem.'
Is there a difference?
The difference is everything! Shalom means much more than peace.
It means: safety, rest, prosperity, wholeness, welfare, completion, fullness, soundness, and even well-being. This is what Jesus chose His first words to be and yes with peace too.
All that was in His one blessing over them, because all that comes from His sacrifice...!

That was the blessing Jesus gave to His disciples and what He gives to us. Their part and our part is to learn and understand it and to receive it.

Isaiah 53:5
John 20:19-21
Colossians 3:15.

Blessings in Christ.

Are we the generation that will see the return of Christ?

So there’s a theory that God has a 7000 year timeline for humanity and at that 7000 year mark is when Christ returns.

According to the biblical timeline:

➡️ Adam to Abraham is roughly 2000 years.

➡️ Abraham to Christ is 2000 years.

➡️ And Christ to today is almost 2000 years.

And if we add 2000 years to when Christ died, which was between 30AD-33AD, that would put his return at 2030-2033!

It’s interesting to note that God created the universe in 6 days and rested on the 7th,

and, “A day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day.” (2 Peter 3:8).

Likewise, humanity has worked and toiled since Adam for the past 6000 years.

But when Christ returns he will rule and reign in the Millennial Kingdom for 1000 years during that 7000th year and his children will finally enter his rest (Revelation 20)👑

In the same way, God worked for 6 days and rested on the 7th!

We can all sense that something big is coming. Everything is intensifying and crescendoing into some sort of climax 🕗

And I don’t think it’s a coincidence that we are nearing the end of our 6000th year and approaching our 7000th.

And before you guys says, “No one knows the day or hour,”

• Jesus actually rebuked the religious leaders at that time because they didn’t recognize their own Messiah (Matthew 16:1-4).

• And the parable of the fig tree tell us that we can know the signs of the times and how near his return is (Matthew 24:32-34).

• And Paul even tells us that “this day shouldn’t come upon us like a thief.” It should not catch us by surprise and we should be watchful and looking.

With this 7000 year timeline, the infrastructure for the one world antichrist system being built right now, Israel coming back into their land in 1948 after 2000 years of exile, and all the other end times bible prophecy being fulfilled…we may not know the day or hour, but we can know the season.

*🌸🫀How Do I Have Faith in Any Situation?🫀🌸*

_Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”_

Most people think faith means feeling confident.

Calm.

Certain.

Unshaken.

But real faith usually shows up when none of those things are present.

You’re confused.

You’re scared.

You don’t know what’s coming next.

You’re praying but nothing seems to change.

And you’re asking yourself, “How am I supposed to have faith right now?”

We need to remember this.

Faith is not a feeling.

It’s a decision to trust God when feelings fail.

Hebrews 11:1 doesn’t say faith is clarity.

It doesn’t say faith is peace.

It doesn’t say faith is optimism.

It says faith is substance and evidence even when you can’t see anything yet.

That means faith doesn’t wait for circumstances to improve.

Faith stands before anything improves.

Most of us want faith to look like certainty.

But God defines faith as trust in the unseen.

That’s why it feels hard.

Faith feels uncomfortable because it forces you to stop relying on what you can control.

It requires you to let go of outcomes.

It asks you to believe God’s Word over your thoughts, your fears, and your logic.

And that’s exactly why faith is powerful.

You don’t need faith when everything makes sense.

You need faith when it doesn’t.

So how do you have faith in any situation?

You stop trying to manufacture it.

Faith is not something you build.

It’s something you place.

You place faith in Jesus.

Not in your strength.

Not in your consistency.

Not in your understanding.

Faith says, “I don’t see it, but I trust God.”

Faith says, “I don’t feel okay, but God is still good.”

Faith says, “This hurts, but Jesus already secured my future.”

Faith is trusting who God is, not predicting what He will do.

When you try to predict outcomes, anxiety grows.

When you trust God’s character, peace grows.

That’s why faith works in any situation.

Not because the situation changes,

but because your anchor does not.

Jesus doesn’t promise easy paths.

He promises faithful presence.

And faith clings to that promise.

Here’s what faith looks like practically.

You pray even when you feel unheard.

You rest even when nothing is resolved.

You wait even when impatience screams.

You trust even when fear feels louder.

Faith doesn’t mean you won’t struggle.

It means your struggle no longer defines you.

And here’s the most freeing truth.

God is not waiting for you to have perfect faith.

He honors honest faith.

Even mustard-seed faith moves mountains.

Even shaky faith still counts.

Even tired faith is still faith.

You don’t need to feel strong to trust God.

You just need to lean on Him.

_🌸Prayer🌸_
_Father, teach me how to trust You in every situation, not just the ones I understand. Help me stop relying on my emotions and start resting in Your truth. When fear rises, anchor my heart in who You are. When I don’t see the way forward, remind me that You already do. I choose faith over sight today. In Jesus’ name, Amen._
