🇲🇿 From the bottle to the baptismal pool

Two teachers from Manica Province, Mozambique, once known in their community for alcohol abuse, have been baptised into the Seventh-day Adventist Church during the IMPACT Mozambique campaign.

Tomas Maíta and Steven Duma made the decision after living at an evangelistic campsite, attending Bible studies and nightly sermons. Their transformation has caught the attention of school authorities and even the local councillor.

🇲🇼 Farming the land to fund the gospel

The South West Malawi Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church has acquired 20 hectares of land in Chikwawa for an animal husbandry project, with proceeds set to fund gospel outreach in unentered areas.

The livestock project will help the Conference take the message to communities that have never heard it before.

🇦🇴 New church planted on Angola's remote border

The Seventh-day Adventist Church has inaugurated its first permanent congregation in Luvo, a remote border town in Zaire Province, near the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The new church is the fruit of a missionary effort led by the Central Luanda Adventist Church, extending Adventist presence into previously unreached territory.

🇱🇸 History in the making for Lesotho's Adventist Youth!

For the first time since the Lesotho Conference was organised in 1999, young Adventists are gathering for a national youth congress, 23–26 July 2026 in Maseru.

Under the theme "Such a Time as This!" (Esther 4:14), the congress will address the pressures facing young people today, with speakers from Lesotho and South Africa.
