So David said to him, “Your blood is on your own head, for your own mouth has testified against you, saying, 'I have killed the LORD's anointed.'”(2 Sam 1:13-16).

Could this be a trend of late. Every corner you go church is condemned persecuted. Have people become judges now? What happened to the spirit Abraham praying for S***m and Gomorrah?
I have learnt something from David, as much as he understood that Saul was no longer the King he respected the office he possessed. As much we are not the ones who set the calling upon a person, indaba is for him and one who called him.
Yes rebuking we can do. Dont mistake rebuking and judging. David rebuked his servant in passing judgment. He passed judgement by sentencing Saul to death. David knew and understood that Saul had failed God but he didn't take it upon himself to unclothe Saul of his office garment.
Elisha knew that he was to fill the office he neva unclothed Elijah but he waited for the one who clothed him, to give him the mantle.
Many of us we think we are doing right not knowing helping God doesn't graduate you but actually kills you. Remember Uzah helped God and he was struck dead (2 Samuel 6). In his mind he did the right thing but to God it was an unworthy act. Be careful.
Many of us we are killing God's presence because of our desires like David getting Uriah killed.

Let us not have loose mouth like Peter we are quick to talk and regret later. Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

I remember growing up seeing my mum knitting jerseys.
Looking at the product in production it looked very ugly from my end. Seeing all the joined knots, i would say to myself this i wont wear. Even though i would ask her many questions she would just look at me and smile. Time will pass with still questions in my heart why is she wasting her time.
It then came to a time she would join all the pieces then turn the ugly side inside, the final product was breath taking.

Your life might be messy at the moment, people seeing you as an unfinished product. In construction there are rubbles first before the desired result. Seeds grow in darkness.
Never mind your state at the moment, you are under construction. Whenever you feel crushed, under pressure, pressed, or in darkness, you’re in a powerful place of transformation. Just trust the process. Be still in it and know that he who started the work in you is faithful to complete it. Individual ingredients of a cake taste terrible but mixed together and placed in higher degrees, the final product is irresistible. Trust the constructor as he is qualified to bring the desired end. I have learnt to trust my mum with her knitting, so i can trust any process and the one behind it.Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. It might not make sense but the final product will.

Gender based violence is based on marrying/dating someone's husband. Being married/dating someone's husband doesn't necessarily mean they're literally married but you mingling with one who is not your suitable/compatible partner. You chose your type not God's choice for you. A protistute can settle down having found a choice but can never settle down for a type.
Ladies and gentlemen your type is not God's choice for you. Heard someone saying, "He is my type but his situation/current status doesn't agree". Our generation is being destroyed by this *my type/ not my type* nonsense. Type is based on outer appearance yet relationship goes to the core of the innermost person. He can be your type yes but are you his type?

_My wife always tell me that "in silence you will never be misquoted". With this statement i have learnt a lot, since im a person with a loose tongue. Often times i have hurt people unintentionally. This made me realize that indeed the power of life and death lies on our tongues._
_The words you write or speak to others can leave a huge impact and create a lasting memory. Either good or bad, so it's imperative to choose them wisely. Words can make or break a relationship and your choice of words and the way you express yourself can accelerate or kill your career. Words are free. It's how you use them that may cost you. One kind word can change someone's entire day. The tongue has no bones, but is strong enough to break a heart. So be careful with your words.Don't mix bad words with your bad mood. You'll have many opportunities to change a mood, but you'll never get the opportunity to replace the words you spoke. If you can understand the awesome power of your words, you would prefer silence to almost anything negative. In my anger, i choose to be quiet. Words said in anger can never be retrieved. In your thoughts and words, you create your own weaknesses and your own strengths. Before uttering do a quick questionnaire in your mind. Ask yourself 1. What I'm about to say is it worthy. 2. Is it kind 3. If said to me how would i feel and also the recipient.

*We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.*

Im a believer, i believe in Christ. So why are challenges following me? It shouldn't be a question *why challenges* but *how should i handle them?* In challenges you need to be able to define who you are. It is through perseverance and determination in challenges, your character is perfected. *Its either you are beans, egg or potato.*
The characters above mentioned react differently through a challenge of hot water.
*Egg* is fragile before the challenge but after a certain time in tough situation it become hard yet the shell is still fragile.
*Potato* is hard before challenge, immediately the temperature gets high it turn so soft.
*Beans* are very hard, in hot temperatures they turn soft and adds flavor to the challenge.
Tough times are meant to define your character. Grapes are squeezed hard to give the sweet juice. Gold goes through high temperatures to remove impurities. Hold on, the better and real you is being made. Consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in you. Learn patience, perseverance, and dedication and you will really know yourself.

Obedience is more than sacrifice. 1 Samuel 15:22
I got to understand deeper on this. In obedience it means you are submitting to a higher authority. Sacrifice yield results in submission. In submission, one you submit to, works through you. For God to work through you need to be submissive to him. It also works like that to they that are not obedient to God, it means there is a higher negative power operating in them.

Saul thought of making a sacrifice to the one he was not obedient to. It was of no use. Abraham sacrificed in obedience and it brought results to the promise.

Serving devil means you are obedient to him. And we tell by the fruits you produce. Rather be obedient to God and have eternal life. Disobedience is an act of rebellion. In his rebellious act it means he rejected God and also God rejected him also as a King. Man of us we are rebellious to God because we are seeking human validation.
In 1 Samuel 15, the problem is not the offerings but the disobedience of God’s commands and the desire for approval of people rather than the approval of God. Jeremiah 7:23 God calls us to obey him and he will be our God.
A car is obedient to the owner in doing what is commanded by the owner to do. My question is how do you feel is something you own is not obedient to you?
God's request might seem absurd but one thing is, in Him not making sense in our level of thinking, He is in the highest degree of making sense.

Let us be obedient and we will enjoy fruits of the land. I hear people quoting scriptures, "he will never leave me nor forsake me" "greater is he in me" "im blessed going in and out" these scriptures are for the obedient.
God is not seeking for good works but the obedient.
You might be a good preacher but God is a great preacher jus be obedient to be conformed into his standard.

Praying the Lord's prayer (Mat.6). What were not aware of is that this prayer was made in the old testament. Jesus lived in the old testament. Many will argue but the new testament only starts after He died. A will is only active after the testator dies. So the prayer does not apply to the new testament we are in. The kingdom has already come. The bread we have already received(he is the bread of life). We dont forgive for God to forgive us but we forgive for we have been forgiven. God does not imitate us but we imitate Him. God never leads anyone into temptation nor test anyone.
The Lord's prayer reveals the finished work of the cross. You need to understand before and after the cross life.
