At Abba’s Pride, one of our core values is serving. 🙌 We are so blessed to have a staff team that’s always willing to serve. Today, we want to give a special shout-out to those who are often behind the scenes making things happen. Without their faithful and willing service, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do.

Today marks the final day of TLOTSO. ❤️

While we’re sad to see this time come to an end, we are filled with excitement for how God will continue to move in the lives of these young leaders throughout the year. We believe this is just the beginning.

We are deeply grateful for every speaker, volunteer, small group leader, staff member, donor, and prayer warrior who made this retreat possible. Thank you for investing in the next generation and walking this journey with us. 🙌

Day 3 of TLOTSO! 🙌

Our theme this year, “Known and Loved,” has been a powerful focus on identity as we walk through Psalm 139 together.

Today we’re diving into two incredible messages—one on Light in Darkness and the other on being Wonderfully Made. ✨

We’re expectant for a full and meaningful day: prayer time, small group moments, fun activities, a movie, two deep sessions, and a beautiful night of worship.

Please continue to keep our youth in your prayers—that God would move in their hearts in mighty and life-changing ways. 💛

Day 2 of our TLOTSO Youth Leaders Retreat and the energy is amazing! 🙌

We started the day with a great time of prayer, setting the tone for everything ahead. The youth then went out for a fun outing at Menlyn, and what an incredible time they had!

Now we’re settled back in for two more impactful sessions, meaningful small group discussions, and plenty of fun activities. Hearts are open and we are excited to see God moving in a special way! ✨

TLOTSO starts today! 🙌✨

It’s been a full and exciting day of preparation. We have been decorating, setting up, and welcoming our amazing youth.

We’ve already had our first small group session, and the energy has been incredible!
We are so expectant for all that God is going to do over these next 4 days at our Youth Leaders Retreat. 💛🔥

Last week, we hosted a special one-day Arts and Crafts Training with the guardians in our Abbas Child Programme 🎨

It was a joyful time of learning, creativity, and connection! We’re excited about how this project can empower our guardians and create opportunities for income generation in their homes.

We’re already looking forward to our week-long training in May 🙏 more growth and creativity ahead!

Our Family-to-Family Sponsorship Program is already underway, and it’s not too late to get involved!

For just R250 ($15), you can help provide food for a family of 4 for 10 days this Christmas season. Many of the children we serve receive meals at school, but during the school holidays, food can be scarce. Your sponsorship helps make sure families have enough to eat over Christmas. 🎄

Re Baetapele | We Are Leaders
We’ve just completed a powerful 3-day pastoral training, a space created to equip and empower our partnering pastors for effective ministry.
Over these three days, we focused on:
📖 Biblical leadership principles
🧭 Godly character and spiritual growth
🤝 Strengthening unity and vision in the church
It was a time of learning, sharpening, and deep spiritual refreshing. We thank God for every pastor who attended and for the incredible work He is doing in their lives and ministries. Special thank you from the pastors in America who came to assist us in the training.
Let’s continue raising leaders who lead with purpose, serve with humility, and build with love. Until next year!
