Let go of that fear and doubt. It's not worth it, they are just delaying your goals, dreams, joy and success. You know by now you should be in high places but fear got in your way, doubt questioned your capabilities and for years you've been wondering why things are not moving and changing for better in your life. In life, you need to have courage, motivate yourself, think positive and work on that self-confidence. Be like a lion, have the strength and boldness to face anything and learn from both failure and succes because leadership it's about lessons learned along the path to greatness. Be like a tiger, strategise and be silent with your moves, and strike by surprise. Be like a honey-badger, fear nothing and face any challenges no matter how big they are, you will conquer even the fearless enemies that stand in your way. In whatever you choose to be, never be a coward, stand your ground, in faith, prayer and put on the armor that God provides to survive and win the battle.

Leading a church shouldn't be a competition. Because the vision and mission should always be the same, the difference is just the church names. Win souls for Christ and for the Kingdom of God; don't do it for attention and for your pride. Love and Unity should be what drives us all to serve and encourage each other for the body of Christ, not selfish interests.
