The seal that comes upon every true believer is a tongue of fire. All believers must possess another tongue that differs from their mother tongue. The reason for this is based upon the un-debatable fact that we Christians often find ourselves in contentious battles. As long as you are alive, you have one or two forms of battles to fight. Whether you are born again or not, you still have to fight, and you still have to struggle; you will wrestle with one spirit, with one principality, with one power and rulers of darkness. The book of Ephesians gave us a very good insight into this. See (Ephesians 6:12-13)
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
You cannot deny that you don’t have battles; whether you are conscious of this fact is not the bone of contention. One of the agendas of the enemy is that you should not even be cognisant of this fact. Their aim is that you should not discover the truth because if you do, then you will be free from their claws. Another reason is that they don’t want you to fight back. They don’t want you to know their modus operandi; therefore, they hide and mark your steps. Enemies recognise that if you know “the truth”, as our Lord Jesus Christ said in John 8:32, you will be free. Therefore, they will try to discourage and conceal the truth from you if you cooperate with them.
(Psalm 56: 5-6)
Every day, they wrest my words: all their thoughts are against me for evil. They gather themselves together; they hide themselves; they mark my steps when they wait for my soul.
Why are they hiding? Why are they marking your steps? It is because they don’t want to make mistakes. They know their target, they know their victims, and they know your identity. All they want is excellent results; they don’t want to fail. The bitter truth you need to understand again is that the enemy knows too much; they know what many believers don’t know and have access to files, records, and family histories. Since they know what many believers do not know, they find it very convenient to wage war against them.
Therefore, with the help of the Holy Spirit, this book will give you spiritual insight and deep understanding as to why you, as a believer, need to activate other tongues. And the reason why our Lord Jesus Christ said in
(Mark 16:17)
“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;”
New tongues denote tongues of fire. So, you will find this Christian literature helpful as a new convert. It will motivate and ignite a passion for new tongues within you. And for the fellow brothers and sisters, born again and spirit-filled, who have received the genuine firebrand tongues, it will inspire you to appreciate the gifts of the Holy Spirit, which are given to you freely. According to the book of Ephesians 5, I pray that the Holy Spirit will open your eyes and make you understand the purpose of His calling upon your life in the name of Jesus.
(Ephesians 1:18) The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
