Just yesterday the 22nd January 2023 time 20:22 I submitted my early retirement to the ministry. As effective from the 22nd I am no longer active on Kingdom business as a leader but as a member unless otherwise God change my decision. However, let's continue to keep in touch. KNOW THE STATE OF YOUR FLOCK

One of the biggest mistake spiritual leaders do is to complain about the attitude of their church members without first examining the state of their living conditions at home, at work, and their surroundings. Spiritual leaders are quick to claim that they are shepherd over God's flock but forgetting the requirements of a good shepherd set by David and Jesus Christ. David was not just a shepherd but was a good shepherd so was Jesus. They both laid their lives for their flock. Today spiritual leaders when going into a prayer and fast they want the entire congregation to be part of the fast. God is looking for a shepherd:
1. Who will sacrifice their time in prayer for the flock.
2. Who will sacrifice their time in evaluating the spiritual and living conditions of their flocks.
3. Who will not complain but teach in love the flock of God leading them to green pastures.

FAILURE

Who wants to be part of people who fail in life? The dictionary says "failure is a lack of success" someone said failure is another step to success. I failed many times till to date I am still failing in many areas of my life. Due to failure some have completely lost the essence of life but I praise God that I am still on the run for success and I want to share some of the lessons I have learned in my failures. There is a lot of nuggets one can obtain from someone who failed many times. And those nuggets can help someone to properly navigate their success. I am not famous, I am not rich in wealth but there is surely something you can get from my experience. I am availing my self to all the champions who are in a fight for success and stability in theirs success.
