Employers for Christ is a workplace ministry with branches in Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Potchefstroom, Thaba Nchu and Rustenburg with the aim to assist employers and employees with the day-to-day challenges which they may encounter in their work life, family life, community life and spiritual life. The aim is achieved through well trained workers who visit the client for half an hour every week and

teach them on a current 140 different subjects. Subjects are added to the list on a regular basis in order to meet the needs of the employer and employee and include “Managing your own finances”, “Submit to authority”, “Teamwork”, “Forgive people who sin against you”, “Diversity awareness” and “Marriage”. The teaching is conducted in such a way that sufficient time is also allowed for discussion and personal questions and answers. The focus of the sessions is not only on teaching but also on the building of a working relationship between each and every employer, employee and our worker.
