*From Barrenness to Breakthrough*
_1 Samuel 1:10-11, "She was deeply distressed and prayed to the Lord, weeping bitterly... 'O Lord of hosts, if you will indeed look on the affliction of your servant and remember me, and not forget your servant, but will give to your servant a son, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life.'" (ESVUK)_
When Hannah went to Shiloh, as was their yearly custom, she made a deliberate decision to go beyond her usual routine. Instead of allowing the pain of her barrenness and the hurtful insults from Peninnah to define her, she chose to seek God's presence through prayer. No one can fully comprehend the depth of your pain, but it is you who must take the initiative to present your case before God. Remember, *a closed mouth is indeed a closed destiny.* It is time to rise up and cry out to God, for it is in the midst of prayerful surrender that breakthroughs are born. There are numerous issues in your life that require attention, and some demand bold engagement in spiritual warfare. *However, laziness and complacency will only prolong your hardship.* In contrast, proactive faith and persistent prayer can usher in transformative breakthroughs. *Hannah's courageous example teaches us that even in the midst of seemingly insurmountable challenges, we have the power to choose how we respond.* By gathering our courage and praying fervently, just as Hannah did, we can experience the miraculous interventions of God. My dear brothers and sisters, your situation demands your intentional action. You must stand in the gap and pray fervently, just as Hannah did. Her prayers brought forth Samuel, a prophet who would change the course of Israel's history. Similarly, your prayers can bring forth your own breakthroughs, ushering you into a new era of purpose, fulfillment, and impact.
Good morning saints.
