When will you realize that you are too blessed to be stressed? You complain about not having things, yet forget about those who have lost everything, and long to have what you have.....the homeless person longs for a soft and warm bed, while you complain about wrinkles in the sheets......the orphan longs to have a family that loves him, while you complain about how you hate your brother.....the beggar longs for food, while you toss your leftovers in the bin......need I go on??? Be grateful for what you have as it can disappear overnight......be thankful you have eyes to see, as you could be blind.....you have ears to hear while others are deaf....you have a voice to speak while others cannot form words.....why do you focus on what you don't have instead of thanking God for your blessings that you do have? Is it ignorance? Is it pride?... Before judging the homeless, the beggars, the orphans etc.. take a good look at yourself.....then smell the coffee and catch a wakeup..... They were once you, the life happened.....stay blessed.

Check out Hebrews 12...all about discipline ...without discipline we become arrogant, uncouth, disrespectful....need I say more? When they removed discipline from the schools, youth do not want to study, better themselves, they disrespect their teachers, their parents .... When are we, as a country, going to take a stand and say: no more!!! The youth of today are the next generation. What, or should I ask, how are they going to teach their children?? We need to have Godly discipline returned to the education system!!!.just saying!!!

Something i wrote that time ago that still applies to today

The choices we need to make - forward thru the river of life - or turn back towards the things of this world?

Before us, across the river is a waterfall that comes down from Heaven, shiny like diamonds, emeralds, rubies and other precious stones. To get to this waterfall, we need to cross this river.

To some, the water is too cold, and so they turn away. Others decide to brave the river, which becomes deep in the middle. Some go under the water and are washed downstream.
Others push forward and reach the other side.

As they approach the waterfall the Glory of God becomes intense. Some fall under this Glory, yet others push forward. Approaching the waterfall, they are covered and ensconced in this Glory, covered in the anointing of God, covered in the oil, the joy, the very essence of God.

Those who have made it to the waterfall are those who walk with God in Spirit and in truth.

Those who were washed downstream are those who still adhere to the things of the world - unforgiveness, disbelief, etc - plastic christians - all head knowledge, yet no heart acknowledgement.

Those who fall under the Glory are those still battling with personal issues, and have not fully committed themselves to the will of God.

Those who reach this waterfall are the chosen few - those who will go and spread the word, go and perform signs and wonders - completely submitted to the will of God. These are the 'teachers' 'preachers' 'apostles' 'evangelists' 'healers' etc...etc...
Those are the ones who love God with all their hearts and minds and souls. Those who 'walk wirh God and talk with God.

WHERE DO YOU FIT IN THE PICTURE?

Are we ready for what God has in store for us, or are we looking backwards, towards the past??

Hearts broken

Heard by our ears
Loud voices
it's our choices
What we want to hear
Second-hand news
others peoples views

Why do you listen
when you know it's sin
Just go to God's word
Don't make it worse
Don't cuss and curse
It's not worth the trouble
You are also to blame
In smearing my name
Causing my problem to double
When others talk
You needn't walk
Just offer them this tip
Don't add on

Rather
JUST ZIP YOUR LIP.

Acts 7:33 AMP
[33] Then the Lord said to him, ‘Remove the sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy ground [worthy of reverence and respect].

How awesome is that? The ground that we walk on every day is 'holy ground'. It was created for us to walk on, yet.....if you just look around you, you notice that no one really respects the ground around them.....humans have become total 'litterbugs'......it is easier to toss the trash on the ground than to toss it in the rubbish bin.....who do you think will clean you behind you??? And then we wonder why there is no respect for the next person.....if we can treat the very ground we walk on as if it is a trash site, It shows we have no respect for ourselves.....how then can we say we respect others??? Respect starts at birth....it is something we are taught....but sadly, that is lacking in todays society.....children have no respect for their elders, especially the way they treat their teachers at school....what happened???? I'll tel you.....God has been removed from the equation....need I say more???
Lets reflect on the 'holy ground' and treat others how we would want to be treated.....stay blessed.

Look at the awesomness of this....this crown of thorns was made on 4 feb 2024....it has since sprouted flowers. This crown has no water, has no soil, yet has been blooming since Easter. I just find this soooo fascinating as the flowers are on dead wood. God brings new life to all things.

Being in the wilderness leads to being in the desert. This place is cold and unforgiving, every grain of sand being grains of doubt, unbelief, hate, envy and so on and so. It becomes overwhelming, like sand dunes often do.....we end up enjoying the solitude, stewing in our own feelings, falling ever deeper into the depths of despair and loneliness....but even there, Jesus waits for us to reach rock bottom.....He is the rock at the bottom on which we climb so that we are not completely engulfed by the grains of whatever that surrounds us....until we realize that we can be free from this, we will never be free....make the change, obtain freedom, and allow the grains to change....faith, hope, love, joy, peace and so on and so on can be yours. Choose where you want to be.....in the desert or on the rock.....

Ten commandments (promises)

First promise
If I have first place in your life, you will not want to serve other gods, because I will have the place of honour in your life.

Second promise
If I live in your heart, it won't be necessary to make graven idols of me, because you will be my Image.

Third promise
If you love me, you will not take my name in vain, but rather you will worship and respect me in every circumstance.

Fourth promise
If I have the place of honour in your life, the sabbath day will be the highlight of your week. It will be a joy to be in the House of the Lord, worshipping me with other believers. You will look forward to a day of worship

Fifth promise
If I am in your life, it will be a privilege for you to love and respect your parents. It will will not be difficult for you, as you will see Me in them.

Sixth promise
If you have made My love yours, you will never want to hurt anyone, or hate, or even murder.

Seventh promise
If you love me, it will not be difficult to be faithful to your lifepartner (spouse). If I have a place in your marriage, you will love one another, and I will hold your happiness in My hands.

Eighth promuse
If I sit on the throne of your life, you will continuously ask: to whom and where can I give to others of what I have, without taking anything in return.

Ninth promise
If I am in your life, you will no longer enjoy speaking bad about others. By My Spirit, you will be a person who does not speak, if they have nothing good to say about others.

Tenth promise
If you are one with me, My Spirit will give you peace to be satisfied with what you have, knowing that God supplies you with what you need, and when He supplies, there is always more than enough.
