📌Roll_Out Rusternburg Agricultural Project!!!
We Launched an Agricultural project in our Rusternburg Interfaith site which saw 25 trainees enrolled. Amongst them were the following categories :
_Interfaith Leaders (Pastors and Traditional Healers)
_Disabled persons
_Victims of Gender Based Violence
_Older Persons
_Vulnerable Community groups (Child_headed households and People living in poverty striken conditions.)
We aim to equip them with basic planting, watering, soil preparation, soil selection, irrigation, pest control/management, fertilizing and vegetable garden care skills that will see everyone recieve a certificate of completion which will help market them, which will assure them food security, wealth, income and good health.
This Initiative is relevant to no income families as it does not require much capital to start up! It also related very well with the Disabled and older persons as it can be done from anyone 's backyards .
