* Holy Spirit Your Best Teacher*

Today's Scripture reading. *John 14:26 KJV* _"But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."_

Saints, the Holy Spirit is the gift from the Father. He dwells and operates strategically in you. One of His best ministries is for you to be the witness of our Lord Jesus Christ. _"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth"_ *(Acts 1:8 KJV).*

Jesus was the best teacher who ever lived and walked on the face of the earth. He did so because of the Holy Spirit who dwelt in Him. _"Don't you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak are not my own, but my Father who lives in me does his work through me"_ *(John 14:10 NLT).*

Listen to the promptings of the Holy Spirit inside you. He resides in you for a reason. "So Jesus explained, _"I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself. He does only what he sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does, the Son also does"_ *(John 5:19 NLT).* The Holy Spirit is your Master strategist. Praise God!

*Prayer*
_Dear Father, thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit who permanently dwells in me. The Holy Spirit is my Helper and teacher in everything that I do. Whatever He teaches me to do, I follow, in Jesus' Name. Amen._

*- Run into the name of the Lord*

Today's Scripture reading. *Proverbs 18:10 KJV* _"The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe."_

Saints, the devil has unleashed a relentless attack on the body of Christ. The devil uses everything in His might to frustrate the brethren. _"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour"_ *(1 Peter 5:8 KJV).*

Jesus said to His disciples, _"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly"_
*(John 10:10 KJV).*

Jesus' plans for you are to protect you against the unwarranted attacks of the enemy. His Word provides a safe haven for you. He has given you His peace amid the persecutions by the enemy. The ungodly don't have the same safety as you have._"The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion"_ *(Proverbs 28:1 NIV).* Have faith in God!

*Prayer*
_Dear Father, thank for your hedge of protection around me. Your Word is like a pillar of cloud over me by day and a pillar of fire by night. When the enemy comes like the flood to attack me, the Spirit of the Lord shall raise the standard, in Jesus' Name. Amen._

* Shine Your Light*

Today's Scripture reading. *Matthew 5:16 KJV* _"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."_

Saints, you're made in the image and likeness of God. The first thing that God created was the light. God is light and in Him there's no darkness at all. _"This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all"_ *(1 John 1:5 KJV).*

Jesus also came and shone His light into His world. He didn't hide all the good works he was doing. _"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life"_ *(John 8:12 KJV).*

Shine the light of the gospel of the truth. Don't hold back any truth. Start with your immediate family members, friends and colleagues. _"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them"_ *(Ephesians 2:10 KJV).* Glory!

*Affirmation*
_I'm the light of the world. The Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. I'm created for good works. Hallelujah!_

* He Never Sleep nor Slumber*

Today's Scripture reading. *Psalm 121:4 KJV* _"Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep."_

Saints, you're heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ Jesus. You're members of the household of God. _"No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord"_ *(Isaiah 54:17 KJV).*

You're therefore, not ordinary in the eyes of God. The devil has been trying to destroy you but in vain. _"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour'_ *(1 Peter 5:8 KJV).*

God has put a hedge of protection around you. When you're enjoying your sleep, He's up protecting you from any harm. _"Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has?.._ *(Job 1:10 NIV).* Be rest assured, God is watching over you. Praise God!

*Affirmation*
_The Lord is my keeper and my strength. He'll not let my foot slip. He who watches over me never slumber. The sun shall not smite me by day nor the moon by night. Glory!_

* Give Him Praise*

Today's Scripture reading. *Psalm 150:6 KJV* _"Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord."_

Saints, God created the heavens and the earth. He created everything for His own glory. Therefore, everything exists to honour and give glory to God.

_"For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him"_
*(Colossians 1:16 KJV).*

Every moment of your life is a good opportunity to praise God. All creatures are constantly doing it both in heaven and on earth. _"And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever"_ *(Revelation 5:13 KJV).*

All you are and have is given by God. Use your gifts and talents to praise God. _"God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth"_ *(John 4:24 KJV).* Hallelujah!

*Confession*
_I'll enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him, bless His name! Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power. Glory to God!_

* Christ Is Your Wisdom*

Today's Scripture reading. *1 Corinthians 1:30 KJV* _"But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:"_

Saints, man was made in the image and likeness of God. He was created to think and act like God on earth. Without God, man doesn't think and act right. _"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness ..."_ *(Genesis 1:26 KJV).*

Your thoughts and actions must always be subjected before God. _"There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand"_ *(Proverbs 19:21 KJV).*

James the Apostle exhorts, _"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him"_ *(James 1:5 KJV).* It's the will of God for you to think and act wise in life. Jesus said to His disciples, _"Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves"_ *(Matthew 10:16 KJV).* Hallelujah!

*Affirmation*
_I'm made in the image and likeness of God. I think and act like God because Christ is made my wisdom. Christ in me is the hope of glory. In Him, I live and move and have my being. Glory to Jesus!_

* Choose the truth over lies*

Today's Scripture reading. *John 8:32 KJV* _"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."_

Saints, the Word of God is the truth. Truth liberates your conscience from the captivity of lies. _"Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth"_ *(John 17:17 KJV).*

The Word will cleanse you from the pollution of false doctrine of men.
_"Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you"_ *(John 15:3 KJV).* The world is full of too many strange doctrines that will lead you astray. _"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils"_ *(1 Timothy 4:1 KJV).*

The Word is the truth that reaches where lies can't reach. It seperates truth from fables. _"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart"_ *(Hebrews 4:12 KJV).* Therefore, walk in the light of truth.

*Prayer*
_Dear Father, thank you for the gift of the Word. The Word is Spirit and life. The Word cleanses my soul over the lies of the devil. It renews my mind and brings me into the alignment with the will of God, in Jesus' Name. Amen._

* You're predestinated*

Today's Scripture reading. *Romans 8:29 KJV* _"For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren."_

Saints, the gift of salvation means so many good things to your life as the believer. You're redeemed from death into life eternal. This now makes you a partaker of all the promises of God.

The Apostle Peter says, _"Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust"_ *(2 Peter 1:4 KJV).*

You're now one with God, and His Spirit dwells in you forever. He now has permission from you to own your body. He directs your life on a daily basis. _"The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord : and he delighteth in his way"_ *(Psalm 37:23 KJV).* Let the Word continue to direct you to your expected end. Glory to God!

_My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. He dwells in the chambers of my heart permanently. I'm His, and He's mine. His Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Glory!_

* From glory to glory*

Today's Scripture reading. *1 Samuel 16:13 KJV* _"Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah"_

Saints, God is taking you from victory to victory. His plans for you are bigger than you can imagine. _"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end"_ *(Jeremiah 29:11 KJV).*

In the opening verse, David was anointed by Samuel for God to appoint him king in place of the rejected Saul. From that time onwards, the Spirit of God was in David. No one can stop you when God has appointed you.

David was anointed for the second time by the elders of Judah and thirdly by the elders of Israel. _"So all the elders of Israel came to the king to Hebron; and king David made a league with them in Hebron before the Lord : and they anointed David king over Israel"_ *(2 Samuel 5:3 KJV).*

God's plans for you are to promote you into a place of unquestionable authority. You've to undergo leadership testing and proof to arrive there. _"Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ"_ *(Philippians 1:6 KJV).* Glory!

_Dear Father, thank you for leading me in a triumphant victory. No weapon fashioned against me shall prosper. If you be for me, who can be against me, in Jesus' Name. Amen._

* Fear Not*

Today's Scripture reading. *Joshua 1:9 KJV* _"Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."_

Saints, the presence of the Lord removes any shred of fear in you. Fear paralyses a person's will and resolve to move forward. Fear stops you from doing anything that should be done.

The Apostle Paul, admonishing the young Timothy says, _"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind"_ *(2 Timothy 1:7 KJV).* Therefore, fear doesn't come from God but from the devil.

The devil uses fear to stop God's purpose in you. He doesn't want God's purpose to be fulfilled through you. _"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly"_ *(John 10:10 KJV).* Remove fear from your life and walk in courage and love. Praise God!

*Affirmation*
_I'm not given to the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. Thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for you're with me. Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Hallelujah!_

* It's done!*

Today's Scripture reading. *2 Peter 1:3 KJV*_"According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue"_

Saints, it's important to know and understand what the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ did for us. The grace has restored you into your rightful position of authority by faith. _"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God"_ *(Ephesians 2:8 KJV).*

There's no need to struggle for what's rightfully yours. You're simply partakers of the grace. The Apostle Paul says, _"The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen"_ *(2 Corinthians 13:14 KJV).*

Increase your knowledge of Him in order to fully participate in your inheritance. Peter the Apostle says, _"But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen"_ *(2 Peter 3:18 KJV).* Growth isn't a once off event but a lifetime persuit. Glory to God!

*Prayer*
_Dear Father, thank you for the gift of the Word. The Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. My faith comes by hearing the Word more and more and thereafter put it into practice, in Jesus' Name. Amen._
