Have you ever wondered why God seems silent when you're hurting? Whether facing illness, loss, financial hardship or another painful trial, it's natural to ask: where is God? Why does He allow suffering?

The Bible doesn't ignore these questions. It answers them with hope.

Jesus told His followers they would experience tribulation, but He also promised peace and reminded them: He had overcome the world.

Throughout Scripture, God does not abandon His people in their suffering. Instead, He uses trials to strengthen faith, build character and prepare us for His coming Kingdom.

Here's what transforms suffering into purpose: understanding that God's plan extends beyond our present circumstances. Even life's hardest seasons can draw us closer to Him through Jesus Christ.

Jesus spoke these words to Martha as she stood before her brother's tomb. Lazarus was dead. The situation was hopeless. Everything Martha could see pointed to loss and finality. But Jesus invited her to something different: trust.

Here's what Jesus was saying: if you believe in Me, you will witness the impossible. You will see God's power displayed in ways that defy logic, that shatter hopelessness, that prove He is greater than even death itself.

How many times do we stand at our own "tombs"? Situations that seem completely beyond repair. Problems that look absolutely final. Circumstances where we've lost all visible hope. In those moments, Jesus asks the same question He asked Martha: "Did I not tell you that if you believed, you will see the glory of God?"

Faith is the doorway to witnessing God's majesty. Not the faith that comes when everything is working out, but the faith that trusts God even when circumstances are darkest. That's when His glory becomes most visible.

When you believe, truly believe, you position yourself to witness something extraordinary. You allow God to work in ways that can only be described as miraculous. You see His power displayed in the impossible.

Your situation may look hopeless. But God's power has never been limited by what appears impossible to us.

Believe. And watch for His glory.

What if God has a plan so magnificent that He encoded it into a sacred calendar? What if He gave us annual appointments designed to reveal His redemptive purpose for all humanity?

The Bible reveals something most people never discover: God established a cycle of holy festivals, each one revealing a different phase of His incredible plan. Jesus posed a troubling question before His return: "When the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?" (Luke 18:8)

Bible prophecy reveals that the end times will bring unprecedented suffering, war, famine, disease, persecution and chaos. The conditions will be so dire that many will lose heart. But for those who prepare spiritually now, faith can not only survive but grow stronger.

True faith is not emotion or sentiment. It's profound trust in God, a deep conviction that His promises are absolutely dependable. But faith cannot remain static. It must be nurtured, exercised and strengthened daily through prayer, Bible study and obedience.

How do you prepare? Start now. Study Scripture daily. Pray diligently. Apply God's Word to your life. Face your current trials as opportunities to strengthen your spiritual stamina. As you cultivate faith today, you will be equipped to endure whatever tomorrow brings.
