31 May was D-day at Trinity with the Potjiekos Competition. We had tripe, game, breyani, beef, lamb and oxtail. And of course the Mammas won with their lamb potjie and they were also the best stall. The ladies made the loveliest pydding and we sold 81 pudding a definite record for Trinity. The Youth did a wonderful job with the washing of cars. We were also blessed with a wonderful sunshine day. God heard our prayers as we have to use the money for the upkeep of our church. We can just thank God for this wonderful day.

The Hope Ladies had a lovely tea this morning. Cakes, cupcakes, special coffee and good friends. Petro opened with a special prayer and Merle read a poem. Ice breaker games were played and then it was tea and eats. What a lovely time of fellowship and getting to know each other. The one poem read "You taught me, Mama, how to shape a future and how to fly. You guided me to find my way and showed me what is good." By holding each others hands and the hand of God we can shape a future. Thank you ladies for your love and joy you bring.
