You Feel Too Messed Up To Be Loved | Year of Action Sermon 7 | Pastor Ricardo Zaal | Fountain of Grace International
You have done something you have never told anyone. You keep everyone at arm's length until you sort yourself out first. You stay at a distance, even in a full room, because you feel dirty. You walk in sure that if people knew the real you, they would step back.
You have been waiting to be clean enough. You were reached for while you were still dirty.
Pastor Ricardo Zaal teaches from Matthew 8:1-4 and the moment Jesus did the one thing the law said never to do. He reached out His hand and touched a l***r, a man who had not felt a human hand in years. The touch came before the cure. His clean did not catch the man's dirt. His clean swallowed it.
What you will learn in this message
- Why Adam hid the moment he felt dirty, and why we still do it
- What the law said happened when you touched an unclean person, and how Jesus reversed it
- What the Greek word hapto actually means and why the touch matters more than the cure
- The 3 moves Jesus made toward the one person nobody would go near
- The two reaches you make this week
