MISSIONVALE CONGREGATION
SUNDAY SCHOOL SERVICE
Date: 14 June 2026

The Sunday School Divine Service was held on Sunday, 14 June 2026, and was a meaningful and uplifting occasion for the children, parents, and congregation in attendance.

The service was conducted by Priest Graham Meyer, who delivered an inspiring message based on Jeremiah 29:11. Through his sermon, he encouraged the children to trust in God's plans for their lives and to remain faithful, knowing that God has a purpose and a hopeful future prepared for each of them.

The Scripture reading for the service was:

Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV)
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

The children's orchestra and choir added greatly to the worship experience. They were led and conducted by Alicia O'Grady, whose dedication and guidance were evident in the children's confident and joyful performance. Their musical contributions enriched the service and helped create an atmosphere of praise and thanksgiving.

The Divine Service was well attended and served as a wonderful opportunity for the children to participate actively in worship, develop their talents, and grow in their faith. The message of hope from Jeremiah 29:11 left a lasting impression on all present, reminding the congregation of God's loving care and perfect plans for His children.

JOY IN THE HOLY SPIRIT

JOY OVER GOD’S ELECTION

On Sunday, 07 June 2026 Priest G Meyer conducted the divine service in Missionvale Congregation.
The congregation warmly awaited the blessing of God’s servant with the music group of children creating a blessed and calm atmosphere in church

BIBLE TEXT: Luke 10:20
Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.

MESSAGE
Our election by God, which is manifested when we partake in the sacraments, is a true cause for joy.

SUMMARY
■ The disciples were chosen by Jesus and, when they were sent out, were empowered with His authority.
■ Jesus emphasised that it is not the authority conferred upon a person that leads to salvation, but election.
■ Those who receive the sacraments, which manifests their election, can be sure that they belong to Christ and are accompanied by the Holy Spirit.

On Pentecost,

Missionvale Congregation,joined the world with their fellow brothers and sisters on the birthday of the church of Christ.

We had the pleasure to witness an incredible change of Leadership.

We are blessed indeed.

On 21st May 2026,the different sections of the New Apostolic Church Missionvale came together in unity and love in preparation for the awaited Pentecost Service to be held on the 24th May 2026.

The fellowship gatherings created a spirit of togetherness, encouragement, and spiritual strengthening amongst members and ministers alike.

The Priests used Romans 8:16 as the basis for the fellowships, reminding the congregation of the assurance and guidance received through the Holy Spirit.

The scripture from the New King James Version (NKJV) reads:

“The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.”
— Romans 8:16 (NKJV)

The gatherings served as a beautiful opportunity for members from different sections of the congregation to connect, pray together, and prepare their hearts for the special Pentecost Service.

Through fellowship, worship, and reflection on God’s Word, the congregation looks forward with joy and expectation to the blessings of Pentecost.
