Verse of the day

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

Prayer for the day:

Dear God, thank you for the gift of a new day. Help us to stay focused on you and to live a life that honors you. Give us the strength to face any challenges that come our way, and the wisdom to make good decisions. Help us to be a blessing to others and to share your love with those around us. Guard your heart

Good morning everyone

I'm so thankful to God that you were able to be on camp this weekend. And I'm grateful to God for his goodness to us.

Spend some time in earnest prayer, giving thanks or repenting or trusting or asking God for help or guidance. Depending on where you are at.

Why bother? It's a public holiday!

We bother because Satan's full time job is to steal the Word out of people's hearts, so that they will not be saved.

The Bible says resist the Devil & he will flee from you.

Rather be the good soil in which God's Word lands, take deep root, persevere & produce a crop for God, 30, 60 or 100 fold what was sown.
