Masjid Aziez (Pier Street) is embarking on a project to have maktab madressa take place on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. We are fortunate to have secured one of the best Quraan teachers in PE , Ml Abdurahman Nackerdien.

The classes will focus on Quran recitation and supplemented by fiqh lessons.

The target students are boys aged 8 years and up who are already in Quran.

The classes will serve wonderfully for boys wanting to start hifthul Quran.

Salatul Janazah Lil Ghaaib (in the absence of the mayyit) for the great Moulana Taha Karan will be performed after Jumuah Salah at Masjid Aziez. We ask Allah to forgive him and grant him the highest place in Jannah.
Allah has removed many blessings from us and no blessing is as dear as the blessing of an Aalim like Moulana Taha. We should turn to Allah in tauba during these days.
