And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.
-Romans 12:2

Changed, transformed, transfigured! Those are powerful, exciting words, and they describe what will happen to you as you spend time beholding the Lord in the Word and in prayer. As you spend time renewing your mind, your outer being will be transformed in much the same way as a caterpillar is changed into a butterfly. Instead of conforming to the image of the world, you'll begin to conform to the image of the reborn spirit within you which is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Take time to get away from the world and study God's Word. Meditate on it and let it change you from the inside out. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind and release the beautiful spiritual butterfly that's living in you!

“God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” –2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)

The next time you find yourself starting to grapple with fearful thoughts, protect your sound mind by responding immediately, out loud, with the Word of God; and watch how fast the devil runs from you. Try saying some of these scriptures and declarations based on them:

Psalm 118:6 (NKJV): “The LORD is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? I refuse to fear!”
Psalm 27:3 (NKJV): “Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, my confidence is in God.”
Philippians 1:28 (AMPC): “I am not [for a moment] frightened or intimidated in ANYTHING by my opponents and adversaries.”
Psalm 112:7(KJV): “I shall not be afraid of evil tidings. My heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord. My heart is established. I shall not be afraid.”

Make this declaration today: “I am free from fear. I refuse to fear any longer. I am delivered from ALL fear. Jesus defeated the fear of death. Therefore, I am redeemed from the curse of fear. I have a zero-tolerance policy where fear is concerned. NO FEAR HERE! I obey the command to FEAR NOT. I completely eradicate it from my life. I am not afraid of the devil, people, situations or the future. My future is in God’s hands. I take my stand. I walk in perfect Love, which casts out fear. I am living fear free and faith full—in Jesus’ Name!”

When the devil feeds fearful thoughts to your mind, what is your response? For most Christians, the answer is, “Nothing.” Or, at best, they try to stop thinking the wrong thoughts. But, as Kenneth Copeland has often said, “You don’t fight thoughts with thoughts. You fight thoughts with words.”

When Satan tried to tempt Jesus, He didn’t try to outthink the devil. He took authority over him with His words. You need to do the same. When a fearful thought comes, respond immediately, out loud, with the Word of God.

Cast ALL your cares on the Lord.

“Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.“ –Psalm 55:22 (NKJV)

What are your fears? Are you fearful of losing a relationship? Fearful of losing a job? Fearful of dying of a specific health condition? Whatever fears you’ve been hanging on to, you can let them go right now by giving them to the Lord. The scripture above promises us that whatever we’re worried about, we can cast those cares on the Lord, and He will take the care of them for us.
You literally can walk completely free of fear when you cast your cares on Him. However, if you insist on holding tightly to a care, concern, worry or fear, it blocks Him from moving on your behalf. So, don’t say you’re turning your cares over and then fall into worrying again. Give your fears to the Lord and leave them there (Psalm 34:4).

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. Psalm 118:6

Notice in Psalm 118:6 that David didn’t say, “I’ll pray and ask God to take the fear away.” He didn’t say, “I try not to be afraid.” He said, “I WILL NOT FEAR.”

Refusing to fear is first of all a matter of the will. But, as that verse indicates, it is also a matter of choosing to believe that in every situation God is on your side and by His power, He will see you through.

So make the right choice…even if you have to make it every 60 seconds. Don’t let the devil’s lies swirl through your head for even a minute. Fill your thoughts with God’s Word…remember He is on your side and will see you through.

YOU CAN TALK TO GOD FACE TO FACE

“The year 2023 will be as good as it can be, because the truth has made you free; and you’ll know and understand more about God’s WORD.

“This will be a year of great healings; a year that whole churches will be healed and brought back to a place they have lacked for the last five years. It will be a year of judgment, good judgment. God will judge things good. And it will be a year of judgment upon bad things, and people who don’t pay attention to what The WORD is saying and pay no attention to My WORD and to My people. They will come to a place where it is an act of judgment because of the seeds they have sown. Many, many, many of them will come to pass in 2023.

“There are those who will say, ‘Glory to God! I’ve been corrected, and now my finances are straightened out.’ There are others who will say, ‘I don’t understand why all this has happened to me, but I just give God the praise.’ But people will begin to know and understand that victory is at hand when you worship Me and praise Me and put My WORD as final authority in your life. You will know Me because I am the Truth, I am the Life and I am the Way; and My Father is Truth, and the two of us together in your life—truth will become a way of life for you. It will break the bondages the devil has put in there, and all of this will come to pass before 2023 is halfway through.”

1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness” (NIV). Jesus did the hard part. He paid the price for your healing. All you have to do is confess 🗣 with your mouth and believe God’s WORD, by faith, to receive your forgiveness and freedom in Christ!
