... Today, Audrey and I had the joy of baptizing a new believer at our home. We are always filled with joy and humility whenever we witness God’s grace rescuing a soul and God entrusting us with the privilege of baptizing and shepherding His people. To God be the GLORY!!!

Day 4 of 8 Days
Scripture Reading, "... Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests and asked, 'What are you willing to give me if I deliver him over to you?' So they counted out for him thirty pieces of silver. From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand him over, " Matthew 26:14–16.
Reflection
This was a very painful moment for Jesus, betrayed by one of His own disciples. In one way or another, many of us have experienced betrayal. We have been betrayed by those we trusted, who have broken promises, shown disloyalty or aided our enemies.
Yet even in betrayal, God is still at work. He works all things together for good for those who love Him. Jesus’ betrayal became the very path to our redemption. Your betrayal will turn into victory. Trust God!

: Day 8 of 21 Days Journey for Personal Change
Theme:
Scripture Reading: Isaiah 45:9, “Woe to those who quarrel with their Maker… Does the clay say to the potter, ‘What are you making?’”
Reflection
Change me, oh God, from being too conscious of what I perceive as my physical deficiencies. You are the Potter, and I am the clay. It is sad to observe that many of us suffer from a low self-image that manifests through self-rejection, self-pity or self-doubt. This leads to comparing ourselves with what we perceive as greatness in others. Now that is self-sabotage. Let us always be reminded that even before we were born, God had already ordained and designed us. Psalm 139:14, “I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Embrace this fact today, you are God’s workmanship.

: Day 7 of 21 Days Journey for Personal Change
Theme:
Scripture Reading: Gospel of Matthew 6:1 — “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven."
Reflection
Change me, O God, from the spirit of showmanship in my acts of righteousness. Deliver me from seeking human validation, applause and approval. The scripture above warns us against practicing righteousness merely to be seen by others. Showmanship is often a symptom of an inner void, a craving to be affirmed by people, causing us to forfeit our precious reward from our Father in heaven. Father God, purify my motives. Create in me a heart that finds satisfaction in knowing that You see, You know, and You reward… Amen.

: Day 6 of 21 Days Journey for Personal Change
Theme:
Scripture Reading: Matthew 7:5, “You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.”
Reflection
The antidote to hypocrisy is the grace for honest self-examination. In today’s Scripture, Jesus challenges me to look inwardly before I look outwardly, to spot and remark on my brothers and sisters' sins. I most times easily notice the faults of my brothers and sisters, while overlooking the deeper issues within myself. Forgive and change me Lord Jesus from a 'holier-than-thou' attitude, and wearing the mask of self-righteousness. For I know that it's only then that you can use me as an instrument of restoration and salvation to Your people.

: Day 5 of 21 Days Journey for Personal Change
Theme:
Scripture Reading: Ecclesiastes 11:4, "Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap."
Reflection
Lord Jesus, I ask that You deliver me from procrastination, the habit that quietly steals my potential and delays my destiny. Saints, did you know that the tendency to postpone or delay important activities unnecessarily robs us of opportunities, growth, and fruitfulness. Delaying to see a doctor about symptoms that require immediate attention. Delaying our planned step-by-step bible reading and prayer schedule. Delaying personal deadlines we once set with conviction. The Scripture above teaches us that procrastination robs us of progress.Today, l choose action over excuse and discipline over comfort.

: Day 4 of 21 Days Journey for Personal Change
Theme:
Scripture Reading:
Ephesians 4:29, “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs…”
*Reflection*
Unwholesome talk includes filthy or harmful words designed to tear down others rather than build them up. This may take the form of slander, gossip or coarse joking. Even among believers, such talk can creep in subtly. At times, gossip disguises itself as a “prayer request,” yet its intent is not to heal, but to expose.
*My prayer*
Change me, O God.
At times, I find myself engaging in unwholesome talk with fellow believers. Lord deliver me from coarse joking and careless words. Grant me grace to use my tongues to build others up according to their spiritual, emotional, and mental needs, amen.

Faith Energizer: Day 3 of 21 Days Journey for Personal Change
Theme:
Scripture Reading: Psalm 116:7
"Return to your rest, my soul, for the Lord has been good to you.”
Reflection
This scripture reveals David’s special moment of self-counseling, pleading with his own soul to find rest in the Lord. How powerful it is when a believer learns to speak truth over his own soul.
Time and again, we spend our quiet moments trapped in deep worry, anxiety, and stress, rehearsing our fears instead of rehearsing God's faithfulness. When we count our blessings, we weaken anxiety.
Prayer:
Change my heart, O God. Set me free from worry, anxiety, and stress as I count my blessings and remember Your goodness toward me.

Faith Energizer: Day 2 of 21 Days Journey for Personal Change
Theme:
Scripture Reading: Proverbs 3:5–6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Reflection
The most unwise step we can take in life is to shift our trust and deep dependence from God to our fleshly abilities, social connections, or the swiftness of our tongues. Each time I lean on my own understanding, my skills, my networks, or my eloquence, I either fail miserably or end up confused and weary in ministry.
Lord, please help me change. Teach me to trust You deeply and completely. Guard my heart from pride and dependence on self. Remind me daily that apart from You, I can achieve nothing meaningful in this life, John 15:5.
